Taylor proved she can use her body and skill to find ways to put the ball in the basket. She is undersized at the center position but uses her power and strength to make up for it. She has nice back to the basket moves. When the defender is high she will create space and use her footwork to make a drop step move and finish with a soft touch off the backboard. When the defense is straight behind her, she shows her versatility with a spin move and sometimes will finish on the opposide side of the rim.

Strong and physical post that can score going both ways and using right and left hand on the block. She seals off her defender for the pass straight in and also knows how to ask for the lob. She has a nice touch with the kiss off the backboard and enough strength to finish even when being fouled. Defensively, she positions herself well for the defensive rebound and gets the ball out to the guards quickly.

Strong physical post that does not mind contact in the paint. Taylor showed she can score with both hands on the block and finish through contact. She did a great job of sealing off her opponents and finding her way to the rim. She has nice hands and a good touch around the basket. Rebounds powerfully with two hands and gets the ball out quickly on outlet passes.

Taylor Moore Taylor Moore 6'0" | C South Garner | 2027 State NC continues to show her dominance on the block, and she runs the floor well being ready to flash down low for the pass and bucket.  She can score through contact for some old fashioned three point plays.  Her seals on offense make sure to get her some points off the glass and grab some rebounds. 

Taylor Moore Taylor Moore 6'0" | C South Garner | 2027 State NC continues to be a problem in the paint for her opponents being able to score off of offensive rebounds with ease.  Her opponents didn’t seem to have an answer for how to prevent her from grabbing rebounds, and she barreled her way in the paint to get some points banking it off the glass. 

Taylor Moore Taylor Moore 6'0" | C South Garner | 2027 State NC (CP3-Flames 16U EYBL) was moving well sneaking behind her opponents and getting the entry pass that she used to score her points.  She’s very strong in the paint even carrying girls with her it seemed as she battled her way to the rim.  She was effective on defense, too, preventing her opponents from getting any easy points at the rim.

Extremely crafty player that uses footwork and spacing to create her own shot. Has a good face up game that can shoot off the dribble. A legit inside player that is highly effective getting buckets, can score with both hands at the buckets. 

Taylor Moore Taylor Moore 6'0" | C South Garner | 2027 State NC is a force in the paint.  She uses her length to block shots with ease protecting the basket.  She moves well without the ball sealing off her opponents and making it easy for her teammates to drop the ball right into her hands for her to score.  Her strength is seen when she is grabbing rebounds on both ends of the court.  She doesn’t back down from contact being able to battle for her points.

South Garner HS is one of the newer high schools in North Carolina as it was completed a mere six years ago. Moore has been playing at the high school level since she was in the eighth grade. Last season in her freshman campaign for the 4A Titans, she also averaged a double-double with 11.8 points and 10.2 rebounds in 26 matchups. Moore played a major role in South Garner having the most successful season in its short history as the Titans put together a 19-8 record and a 10-4 mark in the 4A Greater Neuse River Conference. She was a major reason why the Titans qualified for the 4A state tournament for only the second time in its young history – and only were defeated by eventual state champion Rolesville.

She is also strong on the glass, and Moore is quick to collect offensive rebounds and finish for CP3. Moore plays hard on defense and can knock down passes or block shots around the rim.
