Muncy was one of the returning Lady Pirates who had suffered the sting of last year’s title game defeat. The versatile wing brought the intensity throughout the contest. She always plays strong and tough, but there seemed to be extra fire. Made tone setting plays on defense, including a steal and pitch ahead to Anderson early in the game. She scored 14 points, on an efficient 9 field goal attempts. Her size, movement and unselfish playing style is a key component of a lethal Dale squad.

Hard nosed wing, who brings grit and senior experience to the 2A contender. Has games where she’s needed to take over and is a handful off the bounce. Strong footwork and body control on drives allows her to dice up the defense. After finshing second last year with Dale in 2A, Muncy and her teammates will be looking to finish the job next week at the Big House. Where the Druy commit is expected to be among the brighter stars.

Physical wing, who took it over in the second quarter and never let up in the win for Dale. Competes on both ends of the court, with steals, blocks and tough rebounds on defense. Offensively, Muncy is strong and drives with purpose and control. Can hit euros and two foot stops to avoid defenders on the way to rim. All around standout who was impressive and 3A Sequoyah didn’t really have an answer for her.
