Dinkins was hard to miss in the Final Four versus an outstanding Tennessee United team with both Elle Johnson Elle Johnson 6'2" | C Jefferson | 2029 State GA and Paisley Collins Paisley Collins 5'11" | PF/SF Heritage-Ringgold | 2028 State GA . Even though her team did not win the game, Dinkins had a very good performance on both ends of the floor for Tre Mann. In particular, Trinity was excellent pushing the ball in transition at her size in the game. In one sequence Dinkins deflected a pass before jumping up and grabbing the ball out of the air and then proceeded down the court where she made an excellent post entry pass to a teammate. That shot was altered or tipped by Johnson before United went on their own fast break. Dinkins stopped that with another steal and finish on the other end with her left hand off the glass. That was a small part of the game, but illustrated her impact. Dinkins rebounded the ball very well for her team in addition to playing very good defense. Of offense, Trinity was effective scoring the ball in the paint, but she also showed her ability to stretch the defense by knocking down shots from the perimeter. Overall, she had a very good performance against one of the best teams there. She recently announced on social media that she will be playing for Potters House next season for scholastic ball.

Dinkins is an aggressive forward who attacks the rim with confidence and displays good footwork in the paint. She can score from the midrange, has the ability to stretch the floor with the occasional three-pointer, and consistently finishes around the basket. Beyond her scoring, Dinkins makes plays from the forward position by putting the ball on the floor, penetrating the defense, and finding open teammates. Her versatility and willingness to impact the game in multiple ways make her a player college coaches should keep an eye on this July.

She was especially impressive in transition, where her speed and ability to push the ball from end to end put constant pressure on the defense. It was easy to see the hard work she had put in during the offseason, as her overall quickness, lateral movement, and straight-line speed looked different than before. Dinkens has the versatility to handle the ball, run the point-forward, knock down the perimeter shot, get to the basket, and set up teammates with the pass. At the Newberry College camp, when she got in the open floor, her different gear was evident, and few players could keep up.

She impacts the game across the board—scoring, rebounding, operating in the paint, and stepping out on the perimeter. Dinkins runs the floor well, can establish position inside, and is capable of knocking down the three. With a well-rounded offensive package that includes floaters, mid-range touch, and natural intangibles you can’t teach, her versatility was fully on display.

Her interior presence and ability to score through contact gave the Raiders a steady offensive anchor when they needed it most. By consistently converting in the paint and demanding defensive attention, she helped fuel the push that brought Orange Park back into contention. Her timely finishes inside were a major reason the game tightened late.

Last week, Dinkins faced 2 North Florida teams that were both in last year’s Final 4 in Lakeland. In the game I watched, Dinkins was the most versatile player on the floor, showcasing an ability to run the floor, score against pressure, and get to the rim with elite footwork and a great use of scoring angles. Dinkins and the squad came up just short, but Dinkins gained respect and is poised to play a huge role in the upcoming playoffs.

Trinity Dinkins Trinity Dinkins 5'10" | SF/SG Potters House Christian | 2028 State FL delivered a 17 point – 16 rebound performance and continued to prove why she is one of the most versatile forwards in the 2028 class. At 5’10, Dinkins can play in the paint, score inside, and control the rebounds on both ends of the court. Dinkins plays with a very high ball IQ and plays in sync with her teammates. She has very good timing of when to flash open for the pass on offense and on the break in transition. Dinkins is one of the most versatile players in the 2028 class – she can play 3 to 4 positions on both offense and defense. She can shoot it from long range and can score in the mid- range area in a lot of creative ways.

She displayed advanced shot-creation ability, using footwork, balance, and separation moves that are rarely seen at the high school level. Her two fadeaway-one leggers executed with clean mechanics and confidence looked like a college-ready shot. Dinkins scored effectively from multiple levels, attacking off the dribble, creating space in the mid-range, and scoring in transition. Her combination of skill, control, and shot-making touch makes her one of the most dynamic Sophomore scoring threats in the region.

Trinity made a strong impact on both ends of the court. She dominated the paint with big blocks on defense and grabbed key offensive rebounds for second-chance opportunities. She also showed a nice touch finishing inside. Dinkins is a physical presence who controls the interior for her team.

Trinity will lead a talented, young OP team that will look to her to be a force in the paint. She led the team in points and rebounds last year, and I expect the Raiders to be on a lot more radars this year with all of their returners. Her strength and touch around the rim will help her prove that she’s one of the top 2028’s in Florida.
