Ziko worked hard inside to get the advantage, caught passes with good hands, used effective pivots, and finished well off two feet. Her size, strength, effort, and defensive awareness gave Mac Irvin 17U Godfather an advantage inside.

Okolo is just scratching the surface of her potential as a rim runner, protector, and inside force. I like her size and potential. I think with continued development of her mid range, she could be a highly sought after d1 prospect.

From a stature standpoint.. Okolo is already built like a college prospect. She’s a hell of a matchup for anyone guarding her, and on the boards, she truly can’t be stopped. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s bringing down high number rebounds in every game.

Good luck keeping Okolo off the boards- her hands are like magnets when it comes to rebounding! Outstanding footwork, & difficult to keep her from scoring when she’s positioned anywhere around the basket.
