When you first see Zoie’s team(s) play, you immediately notice her because she is so tall, long, fluid, and bouncy. She moves almost effortlessly around the floor, but she has also done a consistent job of developing her skillset. She has a nice shot from the perimeter that gets more efficient each year, she can put it on the floor and attack, but she can also initiate the offense and find open teammates. From a rebounding standpoint, she extends her long arms and outreaches many opponents, plus she does a nice job of using her length to cover ground/passing lanes defensively.

A lot of times ladies make quite the jump between their Freshman and Sophomore years, and Zoie seems to be one of those prospects. She looks a little stronger, but she is playing stronger and with more comfort/confidence. She flies up the floor in transition, and when she catches it on the wing, she is almost immediate with making a decision to shoot, attack, or penetrate and dish. She has become more consistent as a perimeter shooter, and she is defending with more urgency as well. This Spring & Summer are an important time for her to play against top competition each game.

Zoie had a strong Winter for Monrovia and flashed great upside for the future. She is a long, wiry, somewhat bouncy, but also quick/fast wing who does a little of everything for her team. She can put it on the floor, push in transition, and attack the basket. She has good vision and can find open teammates, plus she has some touch around the perimeter when set and in rhythm. Defensively, she will attack the glass and rebound, plus she can defend different positions.
