Lizzy Bennett Lizzy Bennett 6'0" | SF West Salem | 2023 State OR is the ultimate tool-kit player as she has so many ways to score and contribute as a player whereas Ella Wedin Ella Wedin 6'0" | SG La Salle | 2023 State OR is the offensive specialist that finds way to get it done defensively. Lakeridge’s Keelie O’Hollaren Keelie O’Hollaren 5'10" | SG Lakeridge | 2023 State OR is a player whose hustle and grit combines with her simplicity on offense. Beaux Bruegman Beaux Bruegman 5'10" | SF Sheldon | 2023 State OR is a tall active post for Sheldon who made her strides last season. Here are the Do-It All Players Part 1 of the class of 2023.

Lizzy Bennett Lizzy Bennett 6'0" | SF West Salem | 2023 State OR 2023 5’11″ SF West Salem HS (Pictured)- Lizzy started for West Salem last season, playing a pivotal role in their success as she averaged 11 points and 4.9 rebounds. She is an extraordinarily well rounded basketball player that has the athleticism, solid frame, and overall fundamentals to be a great player. Defensively, she can protect the rim with aggressive instincts and uses her length to be a great on-ball defender. Offensively, she has so many ways to get it done and knows which tools to use at the given moment. She can hit the three-pointer with at a good rate, is a sound passer within their offensive schemes, and has a number of ways to get to the basket, using powerful spurts and few dribbles.
Ella Wedin Ella Wedin 6'0" | SG La Salle | 2023 State OR 2023 6’0″ SG La Salle HS – Ella had a big season for La Salle, getting huge minutes for an experienced team that won the 5A State Title last year, averaging 8.4 points, 3.1 rebounds, and shooting 40 percent from deep. Her biggest asset on offense is her shot, as she sits patiently at the arc for her turn and sinks it when she gets it, as she led the team in three’s made at 61. Her tall frame and athletic build allow her to be a good rebounder and defender, as she will continue her stakes on these claims. Offensively, she has a lot of ways to get it done as she finishes well at the basket and is aggressive.
Keelie O’Hollaren Keelie O’Hollaren 5'10" | SG Lakeridge | 2023 State OR 2023 5’10″ SG Lakeridge HS – Keelie a savvy guard whose court awareness is shown through all the little mannerisms, as they articulated to big contributions on the court. She averaged 10.2 points, 5 rebounds, and 2.3 steals for Lakeridge last season, leading them in points. She moves exceptionally without the ball and when the ball is in her hands she gracefully but assertively makes moves towards the basket and finishes and knows how to avoid contact. Keelie isn’t the flashiest, knows where her spots are and gets to them and shows a throwback mid-range game. Defensively, she also takes initiative as a gritty on-ball defender that gets it done by any means.
Beaux Bruegman Beaux Bruegman 5'10" | SF Sheldon | 2023 State OR 2023 5’10″ SF Sheldon HS – Beaux’s versatility can be seen in the fact that she is a volleyball player and a lot of her skills honed in that sport can be seen when she hits the hardwood. She can challenge you vertically and with a solid frame, enabling her as a shot blocker and rebounder – Beaux has great hands that are incredibly active. She can score it inside and absorb contact and also has a good mid-range game. She is also incredibly on the press, where she will hit the weak spot and come up with loose balls and knows where to dish the ball as soon as she comes up with it.
