Three times a week, a select group of girls from across Cape Cod works with Coach Ben Vaneria — once individually, once in a position-appropriate setting, and once in an off-court setting to address strength and conditioning. (2) Shooting
(3) Scoring moves that require minimal dribbling.
Using this mindset girls not only improve their skill sets but their understanding of what makes them successful. This past high school season several girls turned their off-season hard work into all-star nominations and the attention of college coaches. This success has led to a growing number of girls joining the program.
