17U
- Session 1 USJN
Finished in a 3 way tie in their pool with a 4-2 record. The 2 losses were by a combined 6 points to two tough teams, Michigan Mystic and Indiana Showcase.
Standout Players:
Katy Ramage – Metamora High School 2023: Katy was solid on both ends of the floor and shot the 3 ball well. She was an “absolute stud” all weekend.
Abbi Bode – Olympia High School 2021: Abbi had great weekend knocking down shots. She is becoming a more complete player. Last year if she wasn’t hitting shots her game faltered. Now she has upped her D and her ability to run the floor to go along with her jumper and that shined during Session 1.
Coach Dunn stated that the entire team chemistry is going to keep better and better. From game 1 through 6, the chemistry of the team grew every game. G7 17U only has 3 returners from last years squad (Alexis Noonan, Lauren Strange, Abbi Bode).
- Session 2 Nike TOC 17u
4-1 overall record
Standout Players:
Kayla Kodat – Dwight High School 2021: Kayla scored from all over the floor. She knocked down the 3, scored from the paint and made her jumper from mid range She has had to adapt from being the number 1 option on her high school team and always having the ball to becoming a player that has discovered how to score without being the primary ball handler and disputer. Coach Dunn states that he is very proud of her because of this. Kayla has also really showed that her D can keep up with her natural scoring ability. She had a very solid weekend.
Kassidy Patton – University High School 2021: Kassidy anchored the D all weekend and protected the paint very well. She was also a good presence on the offensive end.
Naomi Elliott – University High School 2022: Naomi ran the team well and controlled the tempo from the point position great all weekend.
Alexis Noonan – University High School 2021: Despite fighting through a thumb injury, Alexis was the glue to this squad. She held the team together and does so many things that do not show up on the stat sheet.
Chloe Sisco – Prairie Central High School 2023: Chloe shot great all weekend. Three out of five games she made five 3 pointers in each game.
Katie Barger – Bloomington High School 2023: Katie’s defense was exceptional and her strong anticipation skills on that end showed. She was strong picking up her opponent in the half court and did a wonderful job guarding the opposing teams point guard.

Coach Dunn stated that the team played very well both weekends and feels that this team will improve each weekend that they continue to play top level teams.
Below is a snapshot of this talented 14U team:
Gianna Rawlings: A 2 guard with good size that can score inside and out, Gianna had double figures in all games but two.
Cate Uhren: A natural play maker and distributor, Cate is one of the most consistent players on the team. A very unselfish player that is 100% about the team, Coach Dunn says she is tenacious on the defensive end. Cate was a Session 1 USJN Pool All Star.
Lindsey Noonan: A 5’9 wing that rebounds well on both the offensive and defensive glass, Lindsey stuffs the box scores. She dropped a couple double-doubles during Session 2 and did so while playing through an injury. Lindsey also has good lateral quickness and speed.
Olivia Patton: A 6′ post with soft touch that is also a solid rim protector., Olivia was a Session 1 USJN Pool All Star.
