This class also has players that have rebounding upside, who used their size to assert themselves and grab the possession for their respective clubs. Sierra Logue Sierra Logue 6'3" | SF South Medford | 2022 State OR and Sarah Lamet Sarah Lamet 6'3" | C Tigard | 2022 State OR are two tall forwards with great wingspan and as a result are excellent rebounders for South Medford and Tigard. Dani Starr Dani Starr 6'1" | SG Sheldon | 2022 State OR and Sage Kramer Sage Kramer 6'1" | PG Philomath | 2022 State OR on the other hand, are two players who truly have an immense impact for Churchill and Philomath, as rebounding is merely another part of their intricate game. Here are the Top Rebounders of the Class of 2022.
Sierra Logue Sierra Logue 6'3" | SF South Medford | 2022 State OR 2022 6’2” PF South Medford HS – Unique blend of perimeter skills along with the ability to play inside, assisted by her 6’3” height and immense wingspan. Offensively, she sits comfortably outside the paint, but also knows how to execute within it as well, but can rebound all over the court with her physical attributes. Averaged 9 rebounds per game last season for South Medford as a player that is developing the ability to float around all over the court and make plays everywhere.
Dani Starr Dani Starr 6'1" | SG Sheldon | 2022 State OR 101` 6’1” SG Churchill HS – The Midwestern League Player of the Year is a highly active, highly skilled hybrid player who knows how to play alongside the perimeter as well as within the paint. Her size at her position combined with her skills interiorly bolster her rebounding numbers, as grabbing boards is merely another asset to her overall game. She is a competitor whenever she is on the court, as she has active hands that like to engage and battle for possession.
Sage Kramer Sage Kramer 6'1" | PG Philomath | 2022 State OR 2022 6’1” PG Philomath HS – Sage burst upon the scene this year for Philomath as a renaissance type player who brings everything to the table in the form of a 6’1” workhorse for the Warriors. She averaged 17.2 points and 13.2 rebounds, setting various records along the way, including a perfect 16 for 16 game. Kramer leaves her impact everywhere she goes, as a high motor, high IQ battle that competes on every forefront for the slightest advantage for her team.
Sarah Lamet Sarah Lamet 6'3" | C Tigard | 2022 State OR 2021 6’3” C Tigard HS – Sarah is a tall, fluid post for Tigard who is developing into one of the top forwards of her class due in part to her wingspan and mobility. She challenges shots at the rim as well knows how to clean up misses, and has the ability to be a high volume rebounder. Lament is not afraid to establish her presence in the paint as an active rebounder and has the ability to snatch rebounds at all angles thanks to her long arms. Great upside especially if she continues her trend upward.
