She disrupts her opposition with her stature in the paint as well as wingspan as she puts up her arms and makes it difficult to score over. She is a developing low post scorer who uses her size well in this regard as well. Scored 5 points, grabbed 7 rebounds, and had 1 block.
Eve Hart 2022 5’10” SF Lincoln HS – Eve is a tall wing who makes a lot of plays with her length and court awareness. Her height comes in handy scoring around the rim, rebounding, and passing – as she has the vision to see over her defender. She had an incredible pass that she threw from the backcourt to a streaking teammate. Hart is constantly whisking the ball around the perimeter to those in scoring position. She had 4 points, 4 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 steals.
Avery Peterson 2025 5’5″ PG NW Stars – Ava is a smooth perimeter player who is quick and witty who makes it her job to facilitate those around her, but also knows when to step up and make opportunities for herself. She has a consistent shot and can make crafty finishes in the paint. A spirited defender who has a lot of lateral quickness and knows how to position herself on this end of the court. Contributed 9 points, 4 assists, and 2 steals in the Stars’ victory.
Annie Koenig Annie Koenig 5'11" | SG Barlow | 2023 State OR 2023 5’11” SG NW Stars/Barlow HS – Koenig was the Stars’ surprise on Sunday, as she made an immediate impact after a short absence. She made the most of her time as she sank three shots from deep for 9 points, had 3 rebounds, and 3 assists in the Stars’ victory. She is an aggressive defender who is determined to get it done by any means, fights for rebounds in the paint, and is a savvy passer. Was a main cog in the win against NW Greyhounds.
Ava Aris 2022 5’10” PF NW Stars/Lincoln HS – Ava has good size for a post which she uses to create space for herself, which comes in handy for her post moves. Good hands with a solid touch around the basket, has a nice touch from the free throw line as well. Contributed 6 points for the Stars and had a good defensive showing as a decisive defender who makes the right rotations and does all the small things for her team.
Reagan Jamison 2024 5’5″ SG NW Stars/Camas HS – Jamison is a fluid, athletic guard who has a good pace for the game and is incredibly versatile in her role on the court. She knows how to adjust to the flow of the game and can push the ball up the court with an upcourt pass or score on the perimeter and finish inside. She scored 9 points, grabbed 3 rebounds, and had 2 steals in a great all-around game in which she helped run the show offensively for the Stars.
Brooklynn Haywood 2026 5’6″ PG NW Greyhounds – Brooklyn is a sparkplug who has an ensemble of dribble moves to go with her quickness and consistent stroke. She had her moments in a 16 point effort as she illustrated her elusiveness off the dribble as well as ability to finish around the rim. An above average defender who shows a fiery spirit to defend. Plays with a high motor whenever she steps on the floor.
