Yasmene Clark Yasmene Clark 6'1" | PF Christ Church | 2023 State SC : The 6’1 forward from Christ Church Episcopal school averaged a double-double in her freshman season with 14 points and 11 rebounds per contest, and grabbed 17 double-doubles total on the season. She gets great position on the block, has good size, and moves well. She had 2 games where she grabbed 20 and 21 rebounds as a freshman. Defensively she was alright, the more the season went on the more she learned to not foul as much that will come with playing more. She finishes well around the rim, and is getting to be more comfortable with the ball in her hands and has the potential to develop into a threat from driving to the rim. She plays AAU for the FBC Carolina Elite organization.
Riley Stack Riley Stack 6'5" | SF Wren | 2023 State SC : The 6’4 center from Wren high school is a force in the paint. With her hands up she looks like she is 6’7, a true rim and paint protector. She averaged 13 and 11 in her freshman season, and grabbed a total of 14 double-doubles on the year. She also had 2 triple-doubles on the year with points, rebounds, and blocks. She has a variety of post moves already, and finishes well at the rim (converting over 50% of her attempts). For her size she runs the floor well, and moves well defensively. She will definitely be on someone’s college roster once the time comes. She plays AAU for Lady Team SC organization.
J’Adore Young J’Adore Young 6'4" | C Greenville | 2023 State #27 Nation SC : The 6’4 center from Greenville high school is already one of the top players in the state. She has the upmost potential moving forward. She averaged right around 10 and 12 as a freshman, and grabbed a total of 12 double-doubles on the year. She is another true rim protector, and with her hands up stands to be about 6’7 as well. She finishes pretty well around the rim (over 40%), needs to work on getting stronger still. She however has decent range and can knock down the mid-range with ease. She rebounds well, with only a handful of games where she did not grab 10+. She is another who will find her way onto a college roster when the time comes. She plays AAU for the A’ja Wilson Elite organization.
Maliyiah Mason Maliyiah Mason 6'0" | SF Gray Collegiate | 2023 State SC : The 5’9 small forward from Irmo high school is an athlete who averaged nearly 12 and just shy of 10, she grabbed a total of 10 double-doubles in her freshman year. She is another top player in the state already. She plays hard, can jump out of the gym. She can get to the rim with ease, she can post up smaller defenders, and has a decent mid-range game. Defensively she does damage. She reads the floor, makes hard/hustle plays, and can guard on the perimeter and in the post. She is going to keep improving and growing, and has a lot of basketball left to play. She plays AAU for the A’ja Wilson Elite organization.
