Faith Carson Faith Carson 6'4" | C Buchanan | 2023 State MI (2023, C, Buchanan)
Carson is an absolute grinder. Sure he has physical and natural gifts that help her excel at the game of basketball. But she’s so much more than that. It’s Carson’s work when the bright lights are off that have made her the special prospect that she is. She doesn’t just show up to the gym, she shows up to get better and to dominate. Carson takes advantage of every opportunity to improve and play against high quality competition.
Samyiah Jefferson Samyiah Jefferson PG Detroit Mumford | 2023 State MI (2023, PG, Wayne Memorial)
Jefferson fits the UTS mold with to perfection. She’s a hard nosed tough as nails floor general, like UTS has been rolling out on the boys side for years. Jefferson pounds the ball on the floor and searches for teammates in scoring positions. She’s a creative passer that can create opportunities that may not have been there otherwise. Jefferson also posseses 3 point range on her jumper.
Trinity Starling (2023, SG, East Kentwood)
Starling is a rising star and a name to remember in Michigan high school basketball. She attacks on the offensive end and plays downhill, aggressively going at the rim. Starling has the ability to add a scoring punch off the wing in both high school and grassroots basketball. She’s a tough matchup with good positional size. As Starling continues to improve at UTS, she’ll become a real difference maker.
