We’ve all heard the tale of Santa’s reindeer pulling the sleigh. Dasher, Dancer, Comet, Cupid, Prancer, Vixen, Blitzen, Donner, and Rudolph are famous Holiday characters. What if the sleigh was Michigan high school basketball’s sophomore class? Who would pulling the sleigh? Here are my example of 9 juniors leading the way.
See who was pulling the sleigh for the senior and junior classes below:

We want players that play with a chip on their shoulders to pull our sleigh. Alston is one of the top players in the state, and she’ll prove that in the coming seasons.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="189287" first="Annabel" last="Ayrault"] (SG, Grosse Pointe North)</strong>
It’s always nice to have a rising star on the squad. Ayrault has managed to fly under the radar a bit, but she has so much talent and upside as a player and prospect.

Bartels bring so much to the team leading Michigan high school basketball. She can bang in the paint, has great footwork on both ends, and can get out in transition.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="189293" first="Faith" last="Carson"] (C, Buchanan)</strong>
<img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-209352" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pgh/uploads/2020/10/120_Faith-CarsonPrepHoops-2-300x300.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="300" />
If we’re going to pull the whole state, we need strength. There is no better option than [player_tooltip player_id="189293" first="Faith" last="Carson"]. She might be able to bully any big nationwide.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="230821" first="Chloe" last="Craft"] (CG, Westfield Prep)</strong>
<img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-209355" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pgh/uploads/2020/10/I30_Chloe-CraftPrepHoops-2-300x300.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="300" />
We need potential on the team, and I pick Craft to fill that role. She could make leaps and bounds as a player. All the athletic and mental tools are there.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="190712" first="Reagan" last="Greene"] (PF, Lake Orion)</strong>
I knew I had to have Greene on the team that’s pulling the sleigh. If you watched her over grassroots season, you know why. She was an absolute warrior defensively in the paint. Her never backdown demeanor made an impression.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="190180" first="Megan" last="Gross"] (PG, Clare)</strong>
If we’re going to pull high school basketball, we can’t have any fear. When Gross plays, there isn’t a hint of fear in her game. Most likely, she’ll be the smallest player on the floor. But most likely, she’ll play with the biggest heart.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="189295" first="McKenna" last="Macon"] (PG, Mattawan)</strong>
We need a leader and floor general. Macon is one of the top point guards in the state and will fit nicely here. She’s as steady as they come. She makes high percentage post entry passes and can get buckets when her team needs them.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="189297" first="Aaliyah" last="Morehouse"] (SF, East Lansing)</strong>
Athleticism is key when comprising this team, and I want to give Morehouse her due. She can get up and down the floor and can play at a high speed.
