MyKenzie Morris (Lady Attack 2022, G, 2022) handled the ball well effectively controlling the tempo of the game for her team. She handled the ball well under pressure. Her vision on the court allowed her to find her open teammates, but she certainly showed off her shot on her own. Her first game of the tournament she came out hot knocking down three three pointers.
Zakiyah Moss Zakiyah Moss 5'8" | SG JL Mann | 2022 State SC (Carolina Elite Hawks 2022, SG, 2022) moves smoothly with the ball from end to end, and her speed makes it hard for others to catch up to her. She does well scoring in transition whether she is taking it all the way to the hoop or pulling up for a jump shot. She crashes the boards, too, looking for rebounds. In her first game, she finished with 17 points.
Leilaya McMillan (Team Carolina Larios, G, 2022) pushed the ball up the court and did well in transition finding her open teammates or taking it all the way herself. She was patient when letting a play develop. She can shoot from downtown, too. She stripped the ball away from her opponents pushing it right up the court with speed to score in transition.
Mazari Bennett Mazari Bennett 5'2" | PG Woodmont | 2022 State SC (Carolina Elite Hawks 2022, G, 2022) was one of the main ball handlers for her team, and her vision of the court was a reason why her team was effective. She was constantly scanning to see her cutting teammates, and she knew how to get by opponents herself. She was sneaky with her cuts when she didn’t have the ball getting lost by her opponents and being able to score by the basket.
Eva Butler Eva Butler 5'6" | SG Providence | 2022 NC (Lady Attack Elite 2022 Purple, G, 2022) does a great job handling the ball and finding her open teammates. She moves quickly with the ball blowing by her opponents. She is a tenacious defender making it difficult for anyone to get by her, and it seems as if she comes out of nowhere to grab the steal. Her speed pushes it up the court where she can score in transition. Her shot is also a threat from behind the arc.
