1 On None Preview: Breaking the Code on the AAU Season 1 on None has put together a competitive organization from scratch and have been producing quality players since their inception. Many players have came through the program from their pre-teen years and have stayed with the program and made it to compete at the next level. Coming in the top 15 in the area in blocks her commitment to clogging the paint paired with her relentless pursuit of rebounds makes her a delight for any team. At 6’1 with a lengthy wingspan she has great timing on her blocks and has made significant strides in matching her offensive skillset with her defensive efforts. With only two years of year-round basketball under her belt it’s a scary thing to consider where her ceiling lies heading into this travel season. [player_tooltip player_id="142835" first="Alanna" last="Tate"] - 5’9" - Guard - Urbana - 2023 After having a whirlwind of a freshman season on a loaded Clarksburg team in which Alanna showed incredible tenacity going from bench player, to 6th man, to starter before season’s end thus being rewarded with 4A West Rookie of the Year as well as PGH #2 ranked 2023, this 5’8 do-everything player has a knack for finishing around the rim and has developed a reliable jumper to keep defenses honest. Alanna transferred to Urbana HS and although her Sophomore campaign was abbreviated due to Covid 19, Alanna entered the starting lineup and picked up right where she left off! A dedicated gym rat, Alanna has long anticipated the start of this travel season and looks forward to continuing her upward trend. Top 25 in Washington Post area points, assists, field goals and blocks, this 5’10 wing put on a show throughout the season on both ends of the floor. The greatest leap in her game has been on the defensive end where she averaged 3 steals a game while maintaining her prowess as a natural scorer. A first time All-Met HM and 2x All-County performer Mia is primed for another standout season this summer after her junior hs season was canceled due to C19. Bryson Ostrum - 5’9" - Guard - Williamsport - 2022 Bryson is a new addition to the program, she finished her high school season First Team All Washington County. She’s a shooter with good size and should stretch the floor for 1 On None this season. Aliyah Jean-Jacques - 5’10" - Forward - St. Maria Goretti - 2022 Aliyah, another new addition to the program. She is crafty in the paint and has a soft mid-range shot.
