TNBA with clutch shooting from both Lauren Smith with a huge 3 to send it into OT and Hayley Hart with the clutch jumper to seal it, Elizabeth Walton just scored in droves
Katrina Marks-5’5 PG (AKYB Academy 2022 Elite) Jacksonville Lighthouse 2021
Marks definitely left her mark with 17 points and her ability to not only get to the basket but create contact to get to the free-throw line, she made 7, helped put her team in a position to take the game to overtime. Her first step sets everything up, it’s deceptive yet efficient and she created her shot under pressure to knock down several mid-range jumpers as well as the long ball just for fun
Elizabeth Walton-5’6 CG (TNBA 2022 Richman) Village School-2023
Walton missed last weekend’s Duel For The Dynasty yet she came in and off the top made her presence felt. Her ability to get to the rim over and over is one of the reasons she dropped 25 points yet she also hit some big shots outside as well as hit some teammates for baskets, 7 assists unofficially but I guess more than anything is her poise under pressure to hit the big shot helped put her team in a position to win it
Jasani Jackson-5’7 SG (Dynasty 2023 Blue) Wichita Heights-2024
Jackson is long and athletic, that’s the base I start with on my profiles and since her name rhymes with the water and her initials are JJ, she definitely has the potential to be DYNOMITE because she had some Good Times on the floor. She attacks strongly and finishes with contact, she dropped the 3 ball and she’s playing up so I’m going with her upside because that, combined with her energy potentially could create problems
Seleh Harmon-5’9 CG (Team Trae Young 2023) Epic-2025
Harmon just kept my eyes glued on her, she filled up the stat sheet, and every time I looked at the court she was on she was making something happen. She attacks the rim strongly, finishes the same way and her ability to create her shot while being defended also stood out, just like her seeing the floor and with those crisp passes on the money as well as her pressure defense, she left a lasting impression
Kate Wernli-5’7 SG (Team Griffin 2025) 2026
Wernli did so many things that impressed me, first of all, she was playing up and I don’t know how tall she’s going to be, she’s in the 7th growth yet she’s a growth spurt and a half from falling into something college coach love to profile, big guards that can shoot. She dropped 14 points, 2 of which were from BTA yet it’s the way she scores, in the flow and not forcing anything as well as creating her shot at this stage is pretty huge
