I always write “potential starters” above this part of the team preview because I don’t want to presume what any Head Coach is going to do. I don’t want to say “should be starters” or anything like that. But, I mean, Jill should be starting. Any games she plays in, the Division-I commit (Rice) is the most athletic player on the court. She is ready, willing, and able to shoot it from anywhere and can rise up above anyone to score it. As the years have gone by, she has only gotten more confident in her incredible abilities and the No. 2-ranked player in her class and No. 1-ranked player at her position is the focal point for this Jenks Trojans squad on offense and defense. Head Coach Will Seymour is very lucky to have her for her senior year.

is one of the most athletic players in the class of 2024 and is an incredible prospect. A lot of what we do with the rankings, as you can read here, is project players even after high school. Jill is a player who has improved an unbelievable amount since her freshman year and considering the trajectory that she’s been on, could become an absolute superstar at Rice. She has the work ethic, natural athletic ability, and the “want.” She is dedicated on the defensive end and can score from pretty much anywhere. Twiehaus is one of a kind in the class of 2024.

Jill is one of the most skilled player in the state of Oklahoma overall. She shoots the ball at a high-level and has proven to hit big shots throughout her career. She is great scoring off of screens without having the ball, and she is a 3-level scorer. She makes good decisions with the ball in her hands and rarely get sped up and out of control. Jill is a high-level player that you notice on the court when playing – good things happen when the ball is in her hands.

Jill is an outstanding basketball player who possesses an incredible skillset. When the ball is in her hands, great things happen, and she is a three-level scorer who can score in many ways. Jill’s smooth shot-making ability is consistent, and she is an excellent finisher at the rim. Her performance during her junior season was exceptional, and her potential for even greater success is apparent. I am excited to see her play in the upcoming AAU season with Oklahoma Swift and expect her to continue to excel at a high level. Jill finished with a game-high 18 points!

Came alive in the second quarter, slowly chipping away at Booker t’s lead with play after play: finishes at the basket, a midrange jumper and a handful of free throws. Continued to chip away, scoring at the rim, in the midrange and a couple 3’s in the 4th quarter. An efficient performance from Jill, never rushed, never forced. She allowed the game to come to her and stepped up and made plays when it mattered. End the game with 24 points.

Jill is a bouncy guard with several aspects to her game that make her special. If you watch her close, she can hurt you in so many ways. She has a quick release when shooting, and range that make it necessary to pick her up at half court. She has good footwork that allows her to score in different ways – off the catch, in the mid-range, and at the rim. She is constantly moving, running off multiple screens and providing instant offense. Yes, she is a 3-level scorer and plays a pivotal role to the success of her team. One of Jill’s super powers is her high-basketball IQ. She is never in a rush, but always on time making the correct play and sharing the ball with her team. Another thing that makes Jill unique is her deceptive athleticism. She can jump out of the gym and she uses her ability to rise above the defense when scoring at the rim and into her pull-up jumper.
