Jada Creech (Team Curry 16U UAA, C, 2023) showed off her strength in the paint scoring through contact making three points the old fashioned way. She used her length to smack the ball away to grab the steal and push it up the court. She runs the floor well making sure she is present on fast breaks whether she is scoring on offense or blocking shots on defense.
Gabrielle Tapley (PSB Elite 16U, PF, 2023) uses her body to create separation from her opponents, and she has a nice jump shot that she can drain from midrange. She doesn’t shy away from the paint to score, but she is versatile all over the floor. She makes smart cuts moving around the court on offense to get open and be an asset for her team.
Chloe Moss Chloe Moss 5'11" | PF Independence | 2024 State NC (Team Curry 15U UAA, PF, 2024) was showing off her post moves using her body to move her defenders where she wanted them to go. She used power dribbles and spin moves to make sure she scored her points, and she certainly battled through contact. You know her IQ is high with her decision making as she knows exactly what move to show off at the right time.
Sky Donaie Sky Donaie 6'1" | SF Oak City Prep | 2025 State NC (Carolina Flames 15U EYBL, C, 2025) used her length to grab steals, and she pushed them up the court for some points. She showed no fear from contact underneath the basket. She showed off her shot blocking ability in the paint, too, showing how opponents have trouble scoring anywhere near the basket against her.
