In my final look at the Playmakers, I look at some more of the top kids at the PGH Ohio Top 250 Expo. I will be writing about some breakout and new kids in the next couple of days so check back.

Gabby Pernell, 5-4 2024 Southeastern
She was an impressive offensive player on this day, showing the ability to create shots from the perimeter, and she was a consistent scorer from the outside. She moved well without the ball, getting into position and showed good handles. Good range and only a sophomore. Look for her game to improve. (pictured left)
[player_tooltip player_id="327756" first="Payton" last="Woody"], 5-10 2023 Lakota East
She has a nose for being around the ball, always intense and ready to make a play for her team. She is a solid perimeter shooter with good range. Good court vision and can make the tough pass. Plays well in transition, can finish around the rim with strong hands on the boards. Able to use her body to create scoring chances and is a productive player. (pictured right)
[player_tooltip player_id="327773" first="Hayleigh" last="Jewell"], 5-11 2023 Antwerp
Hayleigh (pictured left) s a long athletic player who can hurt you in many ways. If you leave her open, she will make you pay as she is a good perimeter shooter. She can run the floor well in transition and play at a higher tempo. Active hands on defense and a sneaky rebounder. Puts herself in good position to make plays.
[player_tooltip player_id="315019" first="Reagan" last="Courter"], 5-10 2023, Wapakoneta
Like Hayleigh, this Northwest Ohio junior is a taller point guard with a lot of knowledge and experience running the show. She has a very good perimeter game out to 15’, and not afraid to take the big shot. Can play physical with good handles and maneuvers well in the paint. Good court sense and sees the floor well. (pictured right)
[player_tooltip player_id="214494" first="Taryn" last="Cornett"], 5-10 2023, Reynoldsburg Summit
Strong physical player with good moves around the rim. She has a soft touch at the rim and has good body control being able to get around the defense to finish. Able to play through contact and can get downhill. Defensively she can handle multiple position and looks to push her teammates to be good. (feature photo above)
[player_tooltip player_id="216011" first="Jordyn" last="Smoot"], 5-10 2023, Springfield Catholic Central
I have written about her before, she continues to get better as she prepares for a bigger role this season. She has a quickness that allows her separate herself on the court and allows her to become more creative with her shot. Good handles and quick feet, can score on the pullup, has good range and will knock it down in the paint. Solid defender, can turn mistakes into points. (pictured left)
