[player_tooltip player_id="243896" first="Jade" last="Jones"] - King’s Academy
All signs point to 2025 [player_tooltip player_id="243896" first="Jade" last="Jones"] being a star in the county. The 5-foot-11 guard/forward averaged 12 points, 6.2 rebounds and three steals per game while shooting 47 percent from the field. That’s a great field goal percentage for a young player. Jones’ size and athleticism give her a distinct advantage. She received her first offer from Florida Atlantic back in July. Jones looks to be a Power 5 prospect in the near future.
[player_tooltip player_id="244128" first="Aspen" last="Johnson"] - Seminole Ridge
Pretty easy selection here with 2022 [player_tooltip player_id="244128" first="Aspen" last="Johnson"]. The 5-foot-11 wing averaged 17.5 points, 7.3 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 3.8 steals per game for the Lady Hawks. Johnson has a ton of versatility in transition as well as defensive flexibility. She simply impacts the game over 32 minutes. Johnson recently committed to Mercer.
[player_tooltip player_id="166165" first="E’Zaria" last="Adams"] - Palm Beach Central
2024 [player_tooltip player_id="166165" first="E’Zaria" last="Adams"] is another prospect with a bright future. The 5-foot-8 guard averaged 13.9 points, 4.1 rebounds and two steals while shooting 46 percent from the floor for the Broncos. Look for her to continue to develop as an outside shooter. I think Adams has a bit more potential from beyond the arc.
[player_tooltip player_id="244003" first="Monique" last="Joseph"] - King’s Academy
2022 [player_tooltip player_id="244003" first="Monique" last="Joseph"] is as consistent of a frontcourt prospect as the county has. The 6-foot forward is tough around the block with a soft touch. She has quick feet and is very agile for a big. Joseph averaged 10.5 points and 10.2 rebounds per game while shooting 47 percent from the floor. She's one of many reasons why King’s Academy is a top team in the area. (See below)
[player_tooltip player_id="247134" first="Janessa" last="Williams"] - King’s Academy
I’m sticking with the Lions here and 2023 [player_tooltip player_id="247134" first="Janessa" last="Williams"]. The 5-foot-10 guard/forward averaged 18.8 points, eleven rebounds and 3.2 steals per game at Santaluces. She’s another player with a lot of versatility and playmaking ability from any avenue on the floor.
Others to consider:
[player_tooltip player_id="219938" first="Taylor" last="Blackshear"] - Benjamin
[player_tooltip player_id="91601" first="Angelina" last="Wimbley"] - Santaluces
[player_tooltip player_id="145087" first="Checorey" last="Bouie"] - Cardinal Newman
