Carolina Forest HS - The Panthers will need some luck and a Miracle in the middle to cause some havoc.
Socastee HS - The Lady Braves have a new Head Coach and a Sailor to help out this season.
St James HS - The Lady Sharks will have some growing pains this coming season.
Conway HS - The Lady Tigers will do its best to get in the playoffs this season.

[player_tooltip player_id="171802" first="Kiara" last="Croskey"] (2024) - Sumter HS - Prep Girls Hoops Preseason Region Player of the Year
Croskey is ranked the #3 player in the 2024 Palmetto State Class. Kiara brings a smooth game to the table and plenty of experience on the hardwood for the Lady Gamecocks. She shows to make good decisions while showing great body control and utilizing the bounce pass (lost art these days by players).

[player_tooltip player_id="171762" first="Alicia" last="Spann"] (2022) - Sumter HS
Alicia plays in the post for the Lady Gamecocks. Alicia stays in the paint at all times just at times needs to be more assertive and aggressive for her size. Spann is a key piece of the puzzle for Sumter HS to make it back to Aiken (that’s weird to say) for another Class 5A run.

[player_tooltip player_id="207413" first="Kennedi" last="McLean"] (2022) - Carolina Forest HS
McLean played more assertive this week and then I’ve ever seen her play in the past. Kennedi can clog up the middle at times and play with her back to the basket while drawing plenty of contact. Kennedi needs to stay out of foul trouble for the Lady Panthers to make some noise this season.

[player_tooltip player_id="331890" first="Tonya" last="Williams"] (2022) - Socastee HS
Williams a combo guard can knockdown shots out on the perimeter. Williams and Rearden will work together in the Lady Braves backcourt this season.

[player_tooltip player_id="175356" first="Corinn" last="Smith"] (2022) - St James HS (Murrells Inlet)
Smith will have to provide leadership for the Lady Sharks this season. Smith utilizes the head-fake so well to get her shot off every time around the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id="174560" first="Sailor" last="Rearden"] (2023) - Socastee HS
Rearden is making the transition over to the AAAAA ranks from SCISA Class 1A. Sailor previously attended Low Country Prep in Pawleys Island where she averaged 20 ppg last season. Rearden a combo guard feels most comfortable at times playing off the ball with bring a good basketball IQ to the table for the Lady Braves.

[player_tooltip player_id="190150" first="Rickell" last="Brown"] (2024) - Sumter HS
Brown was instant offense coming off as the first sub off the bench for the Lady Gamecocks recently at Hoopin in the Ville. Rickell can make shots on the perimeter and plays her role well on this talented team.
[player_tooltip player_id="195517" first="Keziyah" last="Sanders"] (2024) - Sumter HS
Sanders a point guard can impact a game without scoring the ball. Keziyah plays with a fearless attitude for her size on the floor. Sanders NEVER hesitates to jump on the floor for a loose ball. Keziyah will penetrate-kick out to her open teammate every time.

[player_tooltip player_id="171801" first="Anna" last="Reese Pratt"] (2024) - Socastee HS
Pratt is a legit post player with size down low for the Lady Braves. Anna has a nice soft jump-hook while keeping the ball up above her head. Anna shows to have a nice touch from the short corner. She is starting to show some more progression each year with her play.

[player_tooltip player_id="355639" first="Miracle" last="McLean"] (2026) - Carolina Forest HS
Miracle 6’1 is just an 8th grader this season for the Lady Panthers. Miracle really runs the floor well and plays the game very active. McLean comes from very good bloodlines has the ability to alter and challenge shots on the defensive end of the floor. Miracle is just what Lady Panthers Head Coach Stacy Hughes ordered for the years to come.
