Nothing has changed over the years… Bri is still the number one player in her class. The talent of Mcdaniel is noticed the moment she steps foot on the floor. Humble as they come, but from the walk to the talk… she backs it up. Offensively, she’s a pure three-level scorer. Her footwork is smooth, her handles are elusive and her game is just patient. She gets to her spots at will, she makes tough buckets look easy, and her IQ is top tier. Her playmaking ability is second to none, being the focal point of most offenses she gets her teammates open for easy looks. Defensively, there’s no drop-off. Every Chicago native has that defensive bull in them… Bri is no different. Texas A&M has added a star.

Butler College Prep | Mac Irvin Lady Fire | Illinois |
One of the last pure points I’ve seen. Camille’s skillset is built to score, but that’s not her focus. She leads and feeds her team, and she gets hers later. The Illinois Commit is a patient, uber-athletic and decisive player. She gets to her spots in 1-3 moves, never seems rattled nor rushed. Her tempo is never altered no matter who the defender is or whatever the defensive scheme is. Camille has thrived in HS basketball and nothing will change at the next level. The pure point will fit right with Illinois offensive system.

Jumping up two spots from the previous rankings, Nayo’s three-level scoring talents alone is one of the main reasons for her leap to the top 3. Superb court vision, high athleticism, and has multi-speed handles. Defensively.. she’s a ballhawk, menace, disruptor, and a game-changer. The offers have been rolling in, and whoever she decides to ride with.. will be getting a key piece to a program.

Katie Krupa Katie Krupa 6'2" | SF Morton | 2022 State IL | 6’2″ |

Morton | Heart of Illinois | Harvard |
Footwork? Crazy. Versatility? High. Krupa in the paint is a sight to see. Her skillset is next level ready.. and when you match that with her size.. she’s just dominant. A leap of 3 spots… was well earned. From every angle and spot, Krupa can score. Defensively, she can make it tough for many positions. Balanced, disciplined, and strong. When the lights were big at State, she showed up. Finished with the 3rd Place trophy and 23 points, 7 assists and 4 rebounds. An all-around talent

Kennedi Perkins Kennedi Perkins 5'6" | PG Bolingbrook | 2022 State IL | 5’6″ |

Bolingbrook | Baylor Basketball |
Kennedi is one of the best scorers in this class. Her body control, patience, and pure competitive energy are strong reasons why her game screams next level! Perkins plays with a twitch and shiftiness that allows her to get by most defenders and finish through or around the defense in the paint. Strong ball handling and tempo. She’s a 3 level threat.. but especially from behind the arc.

Kenzie Hare Kenzie Hare 5'9" | CG Naperville North | 2022 State IL | 5’9″ |
CG (3)
|
Naperville North | M14 Hoops | Saint Louis |
Hare is box office. Top-tier skillset and IQ, with a huge amount of confidence. She’s known to fill up the stat sheet in every category. From the arc to the paint, Kenzie is an issue. Quick, patient, and relentless. Every possession is important to her, and her will to win is noticed the moment she takes the court. Defensively, her attitude is the same. She wants the tough assignment. A true competitor.

Joy Bergstrom Joy Bergstrom 5'9" | CG Saint Viator | 2022 State IL | 5’9″ |

Saint Viator | Wolverinas | South Dakota |
Efficiency is key… and Joy’s skillset is that and more. From all levels and spots, she consistently shows shes an offensive threat. The all-time leading scorer for Saint Viator is just fearless. Strong drives to the paint, tough shots from the mid to the arc.. she’s just as pure as it gets. Bergstrom’s IQ is next level ready, her style of play will transfer flawlessly. South Dakota has a bucket on the way.

Whitney Dunn Whitney Dunn 5'8" | CG Kenwood | 2022 State IL | 5’8″ |

Kenwood | Chicago Hoops Express | Loyola Chicago |
From the arc. Whitney will take and make from all spots and even a couple of steps back. Her game is classic and not too fancy. A quick 2-3 moves to get to her spot and then its a bucket… it’s that simple. She gets those same buckets at every level on the court, and the smoothness of her game makes it look effortless. Her game will translate with no issue at the next level. She’ll continue to be a household name.

Tatiana Thomas Tatiana Thomas 5'11" | PF Bolingbrook | 2022 State IL | 5’11” |
PF(1)
|
Bolingbrook | IL Lady Lightning | Kent State |
An active forward who hustles from buzzer to buzzer. Tatiana is your do-it-all player and a coach’s favorite. She plays with toughness, grit and a get the job done mentality. Offensively her game is focused in the paint, and when she gets the ball, she goes to work. Her game is simple but in the most efficient way. On the defense side… her game is strength, length, and tenacity.

Elle Evans Elle Evans 6'2" | SF Edwardsville | 2022 State IL | 6’2″ |
SF (2)
|
Edwardsville | Blue Star | North Dakota State |
Long, athletic, and a scouting report issue. Her game is built to be effective on both sides of the ball. Great reaction time and awareness. Offensively, she can do it all. Hit the three, knockdown the mid, and finish at the rim. Defensively, her IQ, patience, and length are key factors to her dominance on that side of the ball. She can guard 1-4 with no problem and cause problems for any 5 because of her length and patience.
