<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Dan Olsen Select 60 Under the Radar Players</strong></span> While virtually everyone was at Centerville HS watching the "marquee" games, I turned my sites to James Madison HS to hit the road less traveled and boy was it a treat.  High level talent at each age group that many have overlooked.  Here are some of the high performers that have flown under the radar. <strong>Chyanne Harris - 5’5" - Shooting Guard - Team Takeover - 2025</strong> <img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-451494" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pgh/uploads/2022/06/DSC_0012-300x199.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="199" /> Fool me once shame on you, fool me six times you’re probably going to lose.  Team Final lost track of Chyanne multiple times as she dropped six 3-pointers on them.  The sharpshooter is deadly from the corner and needs to be traced the entire game.  She a player everyone needs but will go overlooked if you are not paying attention. <strong>Mekhia Chase - 5’9" - Wing - Fairfax Stars - 2023</strong> <img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-451495" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pgh/uploads/2022/06/DSC_0127-300x199.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="199" /> Mekhia had her coast-to-coast game on as the defense never turned to deter her.  She has a lot of weapons in her arsenal that can get overlooked as she may not need them in every game/team situation.  She’s a player that can drive, shoot the three, defend and rebound that a lot of people have never seen. <strong>Danika Barnes - 6’0" - Wing - Germantown Lady Panthers -2025</strong> <img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-451496" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pgh/uploads/2022/06/DSC_0091-1-300x199.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="199" /> Danika has a nice wing frame; however, she played the day with her back to the basket.  Her length made her effective inside and she was able to rise up into her turn-around jumper.  She has a pretty good drop step move.  Her stock could soar moving to the wing and being proficient from there. <strong>Aaliyah Conteh - 5’6" - Combo Guard - Team Takeover - 2025</strong> Aaliyah is now wearing the TTO logo, she has a nice three that she shot well all day.  Her form is nearly perfect, and she has a quick release. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="433842" first="Gabriel" last="Mitchell"] - 5’8" - Forward - MD Shooting Stars - 2026</strong> <img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-451503" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pgh/uploads/2022/06/DSC_0138-300x199.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="199" /> Gabriel seems a little undersized in the paint, but she has a variety of moves and excellent footwork.  She is strong and seeks out contact finishing at unconventional angles and getting to the line repeatedly.  As she moves to the perimeter the inside experience will be valuable against smaller guards. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="293245" first="Riley" last="Nelson"] - 5’8" - Combo Guard - Fairfax Stars - 2023</strong> <img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-451508" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pgh/uploads/2022/06/DSC_0111-300x199.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="199" /> Last seen Riley was on a GLP roster, now she is dawning a FFS jersey, same results different gym.  She is an active defender with fast hands that can get to the basket and score.  She has a good soft touch on her shot with a nice pull up. <strong>Laiya Hardie - 5’3" - Point Guard - Fairfax Stars - 2023</strong> <img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-451511" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pgh/uploads/2022/06/DSC_0132-300x199.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="199" /> Laiya is truly flying under the radar as this is my first time getting a look at her.  She has a high accurate floater in the lane that she can get off against six footers and will make you pay from beyond the arc with her three point range. &nbsp; &nbsp;
