Keep in mind, that just about all of these players were called #D1Lock by me before they played their first middle school game, Desouze was in the 3rd grade, again, #ThereIsNoMe so here are some other #IToldYouSo that #JustDidIt on THIS platform that I called #D1Lock after that INITIAL sighting
Tobi Ademuwagun Tobi Ademuwagun 5'11" | PF The Village School | 2023 State TX -5’11 SG (THS Team Spaz ) 2023
Ademuwagun was labeled one of the most UNDERRATED players in the state by me, over 2 years ago, and to say she has sent messages throughout the viewing period would be an understatement. Her sheer power around the basket is next-level ready right now but her BATTLING for everything off the rim just makes me smile. She also has worked on the long ball and it’s definitely something to deal with
Ashna Tambe Ashna Tambe 5'7" | CG Hockaday | 2024 State TX – 5’7 PG ( Team Lex Prime 16U 3SSB) 2023
Tambe is the perfect example of why I don’t listen to what people say because I am a REAL evaluator and when I first caught her with a different team, she simply stood out, it’s documented, use the search bar yet the search for her has landed several offers on the table at every level of #D1 after the impressive performances, wait, CLUTCH performances where she simply went off and took games over down the stretch
Londyn Oliphant Londyn Oliphant 5'6" | PG Sachse | 2024 State TX -5’6 PG (Fam Premier 16U 3SSB) 2024
Olyphant has been a fave of mine since the first time I saw her playing for a nut. She went hard, on both ends, and watching her dive for loose balls just GRABBED me. She has always been explosive and watching her progress with another squad last year had me asking why she left the shoe team and her response was “I just want to get better” let me say this, you can’t teach what she has.
Ma’Riya Vincent Ma’Riya Vincent 6'0" | SF Cy Springs | 2024 State TX – 6’0 SF (Fam Premier 16U 3SSB) 2024
Vincent heard me say “What The Chuck” when I first saw her in the 7th grade and I’m sure she thought I was crazy, well she still does yet I was right about what I saw developing right before my eyes. Her desire to work on whatever she needed to add to her game has always I’m[pressed me, and so was her work ethic throughout the event and one thing I love is #THRO WBA CK talent but then again, I hear her mom was a #BEAST so …
Sadie Sanchez Sadie Sanchez 5'6" | PG Randall | 2025 State TX – 5’5 PG ( Hoop 10 United) 2025
Sanchez’s knock is “she’s small” yet my rebuttal is D’Franz Smart (Rice University) and Porsche Landry (Houston) and let me say this about Sanchez, you can’t guard her. The HEZ, many of yall call it the hezzie, it’s the hesitation and she has one of the best I’ve seen. Her numerous “shake and bakes” like the commercial, you need help and the double and triple teams threw at her provide assists because she sees the floor very well. Did I mention she has NBA range, well she does
