She stood out to me quickly at not only the PGH Freshman Showcase, but the Day of Champions as a freshman who could make a big impact soon. The Eaton 2026 (feature photo above) has a very solid skillset for a young player, and is athletic, good handles and can run the show. Good defensive player, can make a difference. Looking forward to seeing her at least one more time in September.
Highlights
Another player who made sure she was in the right places to be seen this summer, and she is another one who I saw last weekend at the Day of Champions. Katie is a good floor leader and handles the ball well. good on-ball defender, can push the ball in transition and I look for her to continue to improve.
Highlights
Jodine attended the 2026 Showcase and should fit into what Wayne wants to run. She is a physical kid who can play through contact, holds her own on defense and is good with the ball in her hands. Wayne has some talented upperclassmen guards on the roster, which will make her better in the long run this season.
Brooklyn Hall
Brooklyn Hall
She has great genes, as her sister Bree is a national champion at South Carolina. The younger Hall has good skills for her age, long and athletic and even though I only saw her once this summer, I was impressed. She does a good job in the paint and has a bright future with the Knights.

Has not done much as far as events this summer and I only saw her once early in the summer, but was impressed how poised she was as a freshman. She handles the ball well, and teams nicely with 2025 Ohio top 20 Peyton Mounce Peyton Mounce 5’10” | CG Urbana | 2025 State OH in their lineup. Liked the way she ran the floor and was in command. Can get to the rim, also has a good perimeter game. Quick defender and able to force mistakes.
