What is THE GLUE? I try and simplify things yet many times it's useless but a college coach came to see my daughter play and left two minutes later after my daughter missed a couple of shots, daughter was dropping over 20 with ease every game. The same coach called a few days later asking for high school coach information, she was playing 17U since 7th grade, and I said "coach, she missed a couple of shots and you left" and the coach responded " yes but she had 3 assists, 3 steals, was vocal on the court and supported her teammates, there is MORE to basketball than scoring and we are offering her" and that school was one over 100 D1 programs who offered her and it changed my views and philosophy so these players have already shown me they can score yet they also showed other things

[player_tooltip player_id='486429' first='Maddie' last='Peiffer']- 5'6 SG (Georgetown) Phoenix

Peiffer scored off the dribble with either hand to get the ball rolling yet I was impressed even more with her assists off the dribble in traffic. She handled the ball well under pressure, did a good job defensively, and read plays before they happened. Later in the event, she showed me the jumper and by her knocking it down with a hand in her face, I just smiled and visualized what's coming up

[player_tooltip player_id='486436' first='Jordon' last='Rosenthal']- 5'4 SG ( San Antonio Clark) SA Lady Hoops

Rosenthal has always been one of those players that got hers "in the flow" yet after the game, you look back and realize she has filled up the stat sheet. Her pressure on defense helped create turnovers, she understands how to trap as well as force players into the trap but she also understands how to create her shot to either knock down the jumper or score off the dribble

[player_tooltip player_id='486424' first='Avery' last='Ragland']-5'6 PG (Mustang)

Ragland shows me a little something extra every time I get a chance to catch her. Her passes in traffic have always been a strong point, nothing like court vision under pressure, but she threw a "no-look" on the money, that JUST DID IT for me. Her pull-up jumper is head to handle, especially since she is about to master the "step back" and her finishes after contact are also going to be a problem, for defenders

[player_tooltip player_id='664394' first='Caeleigh' last='Rogers']- 5'8 SG/SF (Cedar Park) Phoenix

Rogers created her shot with ease and picked her spots nicely, yes she plays within herself and thinks the game through so watching her knock down the jumper from a variety of angles definitely was impressive but so was her showing a deceptive first step to go by defenders off the dribble and finish, after contact. She rebounded, on both ends and guess what, played the passing lane

[player_tooltip player_id='463891' first='Madisen' last='Moten']- 5'6 PG (Willowridge) Pro Skills Houston

Moten caught my eye in the 5th grade, I saw the potential and she has continued her progression in making her game complete. Yes, she can handle the ball under pressure and score off the dribble and yes, she can knock down the jumper yet I'm watching her mannerisms while running the 1 and she is definitely thinking the game and making the right decisions. Solid defender and plays the passing lane well

[player_tooltip player_id='486451' first='Jordan' last='Ek']- 5'8 SG (Tom Clark) Lion Life

Ek left a lasting first impression a few months ago when she was wearing red Jordans, I don't know the number, I only know the number of ways she impressed me offensively so yeah, her jumper is solid, she creates it with ease and knocks it down with a hand in her face but she wanted the ball in the clutch, that's huge and she delivered. She also scored off the dribble and did a good job defensively

[player_tooltip player_id='486420' first='Arianna' last='Gregory']-5'8 PF (Sachse) Lady Drive Nation

Gregory made my Tip Sheet a couple of years ago, something about players showing things "you can't teach" just grabs me because it falls into #THROWBACK, an era from what seems like an eternity ago. She also falls into the "you won't outwork me" group because she battles for everything off the rim and outrebounds taller players, yes she understands positioning. She also has added the midrange and showed she could score from the wing, after contact
