Dabbs Week 2 Scouting- Fab ’26 Freshman

She has nice court vision and does distribute the ball well for a freshman. In the game I saw, she showed me she is able to read the play well and understands the game. She has quick hands and good body control when she pushes the ball downhill toward the rim. She can score strong at the rim in tough situations. Thornton scored half of her teams points and she has a lot of positive attributes as a freshman. She can score inside, take the perimeter shot and score in transition. Riley is a three-point threat and is a good catch-and-shoot player from the perimeter. She is active and quick and anticipates the play in advance. Court awareness is pretty good, she uses quick hands to make plays for her team.
