At the end of the first quarter the score was 25 to 9. Including a buzzard beater from half court by Mayberry.
Second quarter, Jenks returned the favor and made a run of their own scoring 20 points to Booker T’s 10. Jenks seem to play with more enthusiasm and with energy while Booker T was more conservative. At Halftime the score was 35 to 29, with Booker T holding their lead.
Third quarter shifted back to Booker T, they came in the game with pressure and was able to handle the pressure from Jenks. Booker T shot really well from the field and was able to get a little separation from Jenks and ended the quarter scoring 24 points to Jenks’ 14. 59-43
Fourth quarter both teams fought hard but Booker T remained solid and Jenks ran out of time. Jenks won the quarter scoring 23 points to Booker T’s 13. An exciting game with Booker T winning at home 72-66.

Came alive in the second quarter, slowly chipping away at Booker t’s lead with play after play: finishes at the basket, a midrange jumper and a handful of free throws. Continued to chip away, scoring at the rim, in the midrange and a couple 3’s in the 4th quarter. An efficient performance from Jill, never rushed, never forced. She allowed the game to come to her and stepped up and made plays when it mattered. End the game with 24 points.
Dominant performance in the first half, Attacking the basket with a purpose. Finished well with contact and hits the mid-range jumper with ease, Beast on the glass and showed discipline to alter shots and protect the rim without fouling. Handles the ball really well and can off the dribble for her shot. Solid performance – ended the game with 20 points.
Started off the game with a defensive presence, Super quick – plays the passing lane and apply a great deal of on-ball pressure, an underrated shooter. She made 3 big three-pointers to help increase the lead in the 3rd She plays fast but under controlled and will hit her free-throws when it matters. Finished the game with 17 points
Active on both ends of the court, scored in the open floor, was aggressive off the dribble and finished at the basket. Hit a big 3 in the third quarter. Finished with 15 points
Strong moves in the paint, Solid rebounding contribution, Will attack the basket from the perimeter and is an underrated ball handler. Good body control, great outlet passes to teammates running in transition. Smart player, rim protector, really was a consistent force for Jenks the entire game. Finished the game with a solid 13 points.
Highlights
Solid performance, Controlled the pace of the game and got her teammates involved. Attacked the gaps and finished at the rim through traffic and contact.
Pull up in the midrange, defensively was engaged and active, Hit a half court buzzard beater in the first quarter. Created for her teammates by attacking and drawing double team, handled pressure well and was able to maneuver through traffic with her head up, Attacked the basket strong and was able to score or draw a foul.
