Take a look at Part 1 and Part 2 below!
Ok, we’ve known for a while now that Wells was an elite talent. But this season, she’s taken it up another notch. Wells is a silky smooth guard that’s a great decision maker with the ball.
Jadelynn Freeman
Jadelynn Freeman
Freeman is a tremendously talented freshman. She can attack the rim from the wing and is a dangerous shooter from behind the arc. Freeman can cause issues for opponents with her anticipation on the defensive end.
Place has been the model of consistency for Goodrich this season. Try to find a game that she didn’t play well and provide valuable contributions, I dare you. The Rochester University commit should be seeing her name in ink a lot right now.
Marsiglia came out on a tear this season. She’s averaging around 17 points per game, but that’s just the start. She’s been flirting with triple-doubles in points, steals and rebounds all season long.
Bonnema is quickly establishing herself as a top notch shooter in her class. In fact, she’s filled it up from all over the court at an extremely high percentage. Bonnema reads the ball off the rim and has picked up a ton of rebounds as well.
I’ve been preaching about Standfest’s play since about October and there’s no stopping now. She’s currently averaging a double-double in points and rebounds. The best thing is, she’s just shy of 5 assists per game and is also picking up a handful of steals every game as well.
Addison Flynn
Addison Flynn
Flynn is having a good old fashioned breakout season. Her play has been very consistent, especially for an underclassman. Flynn is consistently near the top for her in almost every statistical category. It’ll be fun to watch her develop and grow her game.
Surprise, surprise…..another shooter on the west side of the state. Bruwer has played well since the start, but really seems to be heating up as the season goes along. She has a really dangerous pull up jumper.
Highlights
DeRose has played very well for a young and talented Leslie squad. She’s a mature scorer that doesn’t force the issue, but still finds quality shots that helps her put up points consistently. DeRose is quickly becoming a player that college coaches will want to have notes on.
Kendyl Smith
Kendyl Smith
Smith has been lights out as a freshman and has sent a message loud and clear. She can finish creatively and has volleyball line type range on her jumper. Smith is such a smart ball handler, even effectively using the reset dribble to create off the bounce.
