<p>The Cardinal Mooney Cougars return to the state championship game for the third straight season, and are still searching for their first state championship in school history. The Lady Cougars advanced to the state title game after knocking off King's Academy 52-39 in the semifinal. 5'7 sophomore shooting guard [player_tooltip player_id='248699' first='Brianna' last='Behn'] led the way with 17 points in the state semifinal, while 5'6 senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='91658' first='Olivia' last='Davis'] added 14 of her own. </p>

<p>The Miami Country Day Spartans have reached the dynasty point as they have now reached the state championship game in 9 of the last 11 seasons, also winning eight state championships with all of them coming since 2014. The Lady Spartans reached the state championship game after knocking off Providence 58-33 in their state semifinal game.</p>
