<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Carly Argo 2024 - Alva: Carly is a shooter and she proved it time and time again - scoring from deep and finding open gaps in the defense to get her shots off. She runs the floor well in transition and rebounds aggressively. Argo is a pivotal part to Alva's overall success.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='846985' first='Hadlee' last='Ohm'] 2026 - Alva: Ohm made quite an impression in the 3 games she played this past week. She is a strong inside presence and finishes well at the rim. She had a handful of offensive rebounds in each of the 3 games and a majority of her points came from put backs and nice jumpers around the basket. Hadlee moves well defensively and does a good job protecting the inside.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Bree Rowe 2023 - Blackwell: Bree is a clean up machine. She positions herself well inside to get the pass from her guards and once she has possession of the ball, she does a great job of getting around her defender to score. Bree can score but more impressive than her scoring was her hustle. She was on the floor for numerous loose balls and never gave up on a play. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='331856' first='Bostyn' last='Chambers'] 2023 - Blackwell: Bostyn played with a team over self mentality throughout the game and it was clear that she did everything she could to try to get her team the win. - the outcome was not what she worked for but she never stopped playing at 100%. Chambers is an excellent ball handler and an aggressive defender. She attacked the basket with confidence and was able to score from different spots. She was the first one up the court in transition and the first one to hustle back on defense. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Avery Lane 2025 - Chisholm: Avery was able to score by attacking the basket and shooting from deep. She rebounds well and kept a good pace throughout the game. She is aggressive both offensively and defensively. Lane made a number of stops and had numerous deflections in all 3 games. Avery is a player to keep an eye on as she should make an even bigger impact for the Lady Longhorns in the coming years.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
