Very soon, I will begin my annual rundown of the all-state awards for each classification in their own articles, however, I wanted to take the time to highlight several ladies from different areas of the state. Below is a look at a handful of ladies who stood out in Northeast Indiana.

[player_tooltip player_id='127226' first='Bailey' last='Kelham'], 2023, 5-10 W, Garrett H.S.
- After graduating a tremendous amount of production with the 2022 class, Bailey stepped up big-time this year, helping the Lady Railroaders to a winning record, including an impressive Sectional Championship. She is a really nice athlete, she is skilled at all three levels, and she plays with an outstanding motor. There were a number of schools recruiting her, but she's heading to Huntington University.

[player_tooltip player_id='96091' first='Renna' last='Schwieterman'], 2023, 6-0 F, Jay County H.S.
- Renna finished her career helping the Lady Patriots to a 23-2 season, averaging 21.2 ppg, 6.5 rpg, 2.5 apg, and 3.3 spg as a Senior. She also knocked down 62 3-pointers this season and shot 72% (88-122) from the charity stripe, plus she finished with a career total of 1754 points. She is a strong forward with perimeter skill and the ability to play inside-out. She is headed to Purdue University Fort Wayne.

[player_tooltip player_id='177351' first='Jordyn' last='Poole'], 2024, 5-6 PG, Fort Wayne Snider H.S.
- Jordyn is our top rated point guard in the 2024 class, and she backed that up this year with her strong play. She helped Snider to a 21-5 record, including a 67-66 Semi-State loss to State Finalist Fishers. She is electric, quick, fast, and explosive in all directions. She's also a tremendous lead guard who finds teammates and takes care of the basketball. She averaged 16.7 ppg, 4.0 apg, and 3.5 spg, for the Panthers.

[player_tooltip player_id='298259' first='Addie' last='Shank'], 2024, 6-0 F, Bishop Luers H.S.
- Addie was a key piece to the Luers puzzle, as she helped the Lady Knights secure two double-digit Sectional wins and advance to the Regional. She is strong and physical, she plays with a nice motor, but she is also skilled in the mid-post and can control a game on the interior. Additionally, he has stretched her range some these last couple of seasons. She averaged 13.7 ppg and 9.7 rpg for the Knights.

[player_tooltip player_id='828004' first='Ava' last='McGrade'], 2025, 5-5 PG, Lakewood Park Christian Academy
- Ava is a long, wiry-strong kid for her height, and she is a solid athlete in all directions. She has impacted Lakewood Park from the beginning of last season, and this year she showed more strength and maturity in her play. She can take care of the ball and run offense, she can create for herself or teammates, and she is a willing defender. She averaged 16.0 ppg, while knocking down 43 3-pointers this season.

Kaleah Williams, 2025, 5-5 G, Fort Wayne North Side H.S.
- Kaleah is a long and wiry-strong athlete who makes plays off of her ability. She is very active at both ends of the floor, and she often creates offense with her defense. She helped the Lady Legends to seven wins this year...their most since the 2009-2010 season. As she continues to learn the game and build her skillset, she will only get better. She averaged 13.6 ppg and 5.4 spg in her Sophomore season.

[player_tooltip player_id='462366' first='Alivia' last='Bolinger'], 2026, 6-0 W, Concordia Lutheran H.S.
- Alivia is a long, wiry wing prospect who was a big help to Concordia in winning 10 games this season (up from four last season). She is skilled around the perimeter, and she shot 39% (39-100) from 3-point range and 71% (35-49) from the free throw line. She can also play in the mid-post and will actively rebound, as proven by her 5.6 rpg. On the season, she also scored 12.2 ppg for the Lady Cadets.

[player_tooltip player_id='492319' first='Myah' last='Epps'], 2026, 5-10 W, Homestead H.S.
- Myah saw an opportunity on Varsity from the get-go, and she took full advantage of it. She made several big plays throughout her Freshman season, and she will be a key player for them moving forward. She is long, fluidly athletic, and versatile skillfully. She played quite a bit in the mid-post for them, but she is more of a genuine wing in the long run. I am excited to see her growth this Spring.
