She reads the floor and plays the passing lane yet she handled the ball in the open court afterward to either attack or dish, yes she has good court vision. She also has a nice first step in the set and drops the outside shot</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='385707' first='Chandler' last='Caver'] [2025]</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Caver is another that I used to call THE BABY because I thought she was heading to high school after seeing her in the 7th grade yet she creates her shot so well, that alone creates problems for the defender. She has the mid to long-range down, she wants the clutch shot and delivers. She also attacks strongly, with either hand, and finishes after contact </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1200766' first='Kailee' last='Beaudion'] [2025]</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Beaudoin was a pleasant surprise when I caught her on <strong><a href="https://prepgirlshoops.com/2022/11/opening-night-role-players-step-up/">opening night</a></strong> this season, yet she's even better than she was one more time, PROGRESSION. She rebounded and went C2C, again that's coast-to-coast, and she also showed a nice COP, change of pace, in transition. She scored off the dribble in the set, saw the floor, and played the passing lane </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='825264' first='Chaney' last='Spencer'] [2025]</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Spencer for Hire was a TV show yet she's reality and watching her understand the importance of playing within herself and just getting the job done was refreshing. She understands how to set the defender up to create spacing and get her shot off, yet she also nailed it in transition her court vision and ball-handling under pressure were also nice </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='825268' first='Mak' last='Golden'] [2025]</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Golden was shining in the paint, yeah I liked her hands and footwork but just as importantly, she finished after the lick. She rebounded, on both ends, and scored on putbacks as well but she showed she could attack off the dribble and finish as well as knock down the midrange jumper. She did a good job defending in the paint, nice upside </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='825285' first='Jazmyne' last='Gilbert'] [2025]</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Gilbert is also long and athletic and I caught her with her <strong><a href="https://girlzprepreport.com/21-prime-time-8th-grade-divisiontip-sheet-nbc21/">OKLAHOMA</a></strong> team and again with an area <strong><a href="https://prepgirlshoops.com/2022/03/new-faces-2022-levelup-day-1/">TEAM </a></strong>yet I enjoyed watching her blow by defenders and get to the rim. She too is long and athletic, plays good on the ball defense, and has quick hands, which enable her to come away with steals. Good upside </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='922312' first='Dasia' last='Hyams'] [2025]</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Hyams is another "long and athletic" player on this squad that also plays the passing lane, you just don't know how I love seeing that yet she also has good timing to block, deflect and (or) alter shots. She also understands how to use her deceptive first step and get to the basket and finish and she sees the floor well</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Chardell Terrell [2025]</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Terrell is, you guessed it, long and athletic and plays the passing lane but let me throw in she is somewhat electrifying in the open court, and her maneuvering around defenders and getting to the basket spoke volumes for me, but I'm a REAL EVALUATOR. She also creates her shot under pressure and gets it off with a hand in her face</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='922316' first='Danielle' last='Oyakhire'] [2025]</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Oyakhire stands at "the magic number" which is still 6'0 and her UPSIDE is what really grabbed me. She's long and athletic, played the passing lane, and has good timing, see above, yet her desire to go after the ball off the rim is something you can't teach and her finishing strongly around the basket has my eyes wide open </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
