[player_tooltip player_id='270662' first='Madison' last='Hurta'] and [player_tooltip player_id='594032' first='Aolani' last='Woldai'] made my SHOOTERS list, well so did [player_tooltip player_id='158879' first='La'Niah' last='Thornton'], she dropped 9 from BTA in a variety of ways yet there were others that stood out. In fact, Woldai even made my UTR list but here are some others

[player_tooltip player_id='206968' first='Kendall' last='Beck']-6'2 C/PF (Austin Elite RFW E40) Homeschool [2024]

Beck rebounded and ran the floor on both ends yet her scoring around the basket, putbacks included created some problems, especially after she completed them after contact. She also stepped outside and dropped the jumper and on the flip, her interior defense was nice, she even stepped outside the paint and defended

Kayla Johns-McGarity-6'0 PF (Austin Elite RFW E40) Homeschool [2024]

McGarity is long and athletic and that will always be the base so what are the intangibles that help separate her? Well, she goes after the ball off the rim which is always a huge plus and she plays the passing lane. She handled the ball in the open court, she also used her body inside the paint and scored around the basket

Emily Huxtable-Pluto Prospects'

Huxtable sort of rhymes with trouble and even if doesn't, she was definitely causing problems for defenders. She handles the ball and creates her shot under pressure but she also showed she could not only knock down the mid to long-range jumper, she could knock it down from DEEP with a hand in her face. I also liked her using the "catch and shoot"

Jacie Bunk- Pluto Prospects

Bunk showed the "hands and footwork" inside the paint, let me drop #THROWBACK but she scored around the basket in a variety of ways, including the turnaround jumper. She also showed the mid to long-range jumper as well as putting it on the floor to attack the basket. Her rebounding on both ends was also strong

Aimee Flippen-6'4 C (Lone Star Magic E40) Glen Rose [2024]

Flippen had several college coaches flipping from court to court as she uses all 76 inches to her advantage. She's an imposing player, she uses her frame around the basket and she catches everything that's thrown to her, no matter how it's thrown but her finishes are powerful, sometimes with players literally hanging on her and she rebounds and runs the floor

Ifemenia Nwora-6'0 G (Houston Dream Red 17U NE2K) Randle [2024]

Nwora is "long and athletic" and remember that is the base. She plays the passing lane very well and she does it consistently as she reads the floor nicely yet she can handle the ball and score after the steal, she also attacks off the dribble in the set to score and she does it after contact. She rebounded, on both ends, scored on putbacks as well as around the basket

Khylee Perry-5'8 G (Houston Dream Red 17U NE2K) Bay City [2025]

Perry revitalized me for my second wind within her UPS to grab the rebound and blow by defenders going coast to coast. Sometimes I need a boost and she definitely gave me that because of her energy on both ends of the court. She applied heat defensively, and she got some steals but she also went after everything, off the rim as well as loose balls and her scoring off the dribble needs to be mentioned as well

Aubrey Bowles-6'3 PF (Crossroad Queens) Cuero [2025]

Bowles continues to throw strikes and I even saw her score on an ALLEY oop but my play on words tells part of the story as she too is long and athletic which grabbed my attention last season along with her going after rebounds. She's handling the ball more in the open court, and she's showing she can create her shot from the outside and shoot the long ball but her midrange is creating problems, and so is her scoring around the basket

[player_tooltip player_id='331906' first='Mila' last='Rossini']-5'6 PG (TNBA Houston) The Village School [2024]

Rossini keeps rising to the occasion and showing why the game starts at the 1. Her poise under pressure keeps getting better as she understands how to control the tempo and et her teammates involved yet she can flip the switch and score from mid to long-range as well as score and or dish off the dribble

[player_tooltip player_id='890958' first='Samyra' last='Blount']-5'8 SG (TNBA Houston) KIPP [2026]

Blount shows progression every time I catch her and her energy on both ends coupled with her upside tells me she's going to create some issues for defenders. She is a "long and athletic guard", with nice body control and her finishing off balance after contact tells part of the story yet as the novel is being written, her stop-and-pop jumper is going to give her plenty of options

Chania Price-6'0 SF (True Texas Hoops 2024 National) Brewer [2024]

Price impressed me the few minutes I caught her in a game last season with her elevating over defenders for the jumper yet she's long and athletic, see above, yet she showed me even more and playing the passing lane like an All-Pro cornerback over and over had me smiling, especially with her handling the ball after the steal. She saw the floor, throw no-looks as well as scored on look-off, attacking the basket, yet that pull-up jumper ...

[player_tooltip player_id='846898' first='Julie' last='Kasonga']-6'1 PF (True Texas Hoops 2024 National) Brewer [2025]

Kasonga has me piggybacking on the above eval because she too is "long and athletic" with a pull-up jumper. She got to her spot, which was wherever she wanted, and knocked down the midrange several times but she also took the defender off the dribble, especially going baseline to finish. Her timing was nice, she altered and blocked shots yet her upside is intriguing

[player_tooltip player_id='245370' first='Savannah' last='Scruggs']-5'9 SG (True Texas Hoops 2024 National) Pinkston [2024]

Scruggs scores both off the dribble as well from outside and watching her create her shot strategically under pressure and get it off gave me the boost I needed to climb the stairs to go home. She understands how to get hers "in the flow" yet she can flip the switch and score in droves but her body control and finishing after contact were overly impressive
