Known for her outside shooting, Laura Frances didn’t just fill it up from deep, she looked great with the ball in her hands, playing at a rapid pace while making quick decisions. Willis sliced up the defense in transition and showed a tight handle when battling pressure. She got downhill in the halfcourt and hit floaters and scored through contact. Willis played with great confidence. If Lolly can replicate what we saw at camp, she will have a monster sophomore season. Willis is trending upward.
Highlights
Camp coaches were buzzing about Maddie Siuta Maddie Siuta 5’10” | SG Dawson County | 2026 State GA ‘s play. At 5-foot-10 on the wing with quality size and strength, Maddie wasn’t just scoring around the rim, she was hitting pull-up threes and getting to her sweet spot in the mid-range. Maddie packs an offensive punch from multiple levels and is a valuable piece defensively.
Roberson quickly emerged as one of the better on-ball defenders in the state in Year 1. The state champ brought that same intensity to camp, defending the full length of the floor when asked. Roberson does a good job of turning ball handlers and is quick to beat them to the spot. Makayla found points in transition and created off the dribble in the halfcourt as both a scorer and facilitator. Roberson is capable of playing on or off the ball. When she’s not the primary ball handler, she’s a weapon from the three-point line in catch-and-shoot situations.
Highlights
The high IQ guard seemingly is always in the right place at the right time. She’s very unselfish with the ball, but knows when to hunt her offense. She slides onto the offensive glass for putbacks. Ellison sees the floor well both offensively and defensively. She is quick to rotate over and uses her length and activity to pick up steals and deflections.
Marlene is a blossoming post player with raw skills. Her elite height and length will draw attention right away. She rebounds and blocks shots. Her offensive game is picking up in its consistency. She flashes quality footwork inside and is getting more confident in her game as things slow down around her. Mbilima took a handful of jump shots at camp. She is just scratching the surface of her upside.
