2024 Rankings: Eastern NC Stock Risers

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The 2024 rankings were updated for the hoop state last week and there were some shifts in the rankings as well as new additions to our watch list.  We've already looked at the stock risers from the western part of the state, so let's take a look at the ones from the part of the state east of Charlotte.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block ball from them and taking it the other anticipating what her opponents will try to her when she caught the ball in an attempt to slow her down, but she would still maneuver around them with
