Making her initial high school appearance in quite some time, the incoming power forward will be highly impactful on the boards alongside developments in the offensive skill set. Gentry has received offers from Fordham, Air Force, Dayton, Fresno State, Pacific, Loyola Marymount, UC Santa Barbara, among others.
Saylor Swanson Saylor Swanson 5'5" | PG Arvada West | 2025 State CO – Arvada West – 2025
Swanson has been a valuable complementary scorer with Arvada West, bringing quick instincts along with her scoring ability. Getting shots off the catch and drives following rip throughs, the incoming junior will be worth a watch, given the new composition of this roster.
Peyton Marvel Peyton Marvel 5'9" | SG D'Evelyn | 2024 State CO – D’Evelyn – 2024
Marvel has been one of the state’s leading rebounders from a production standpoint, putting up 19.5 points and 12.8 rebounds per game with 27-1 D’Evelyn. Her constant hustle and crucial plays when needed most have led to endless numbers of winning plays contributed by the wing.
Shyann Farbes Shyann Farbes 5'8" | CG Eaglecrest | 2024 State CO – Eaglecrest – 2024
Farbes is a very skilled scoring guard, capable of getting flashy in the paint and scoring tough buckets off the bounce. Her continued growth as a consistent scorer from all over the floor has been notable, although she is showing growth as a facilitator off the dribble.
Avery Alcaraz Avery Alcaraz 5'8" | SG Fort Collins | 2025 State CO – Fort Collins – 2025
Alcaraz is a crafty scoring threat along the perimeter, showing upside as a volume shotmaker. The 5’8 guard has been impressive getting to her jumper off of the dribble, utilizing step backs to free up space. Her efficiency from the floor will be worth tracking down the line, given her ability to leverage the shooting gravity.
Gianna Whiteside Gianna Whiteside 5'11" | PF AZ Compass Prep | 2024 State AZ – George Washington – 2024
Whiteside is one of the better defenders in the class, proving versatile, matching up especially well against both forwards and shooting guards. She will be a tough cover on the glass, proving especially strong on box outs. Her vision as a passer will be worth tracking, leading the program in her senior season.
Tori Baker – Highlands Ranch – 2024
Baker has been exciting to watch, playing at a fast pace, proving tough to predict her next decision. The lead guard has been valuable as both a facilitator and shotmaker off the bounce, providing quick instincts no matter the circumstances.
Morgan Ives – Horizon – 2024
Ives has been a versatile offensive option with Horizon, valuable scoring at the basket or facilitating the half court offense. Not to mention she has held her own as a perimeter shooter over the past couple seasons. No doubt Ives will impact the game on both ends of the floor.
DJ Parrish DJ Parrish 5'9" | CG Lakewood | 2025 State CO – Lakewood – 2025
Parrish showed flashes of perimeter shotmaking with Lakewood, certainly a prospect worth tracking with a larger volume.
Mason Borcherding Mason Borcherding 6'1" | PF Legend | 2025 State CO – Legend – 2025
The roughly 6′ forward is a valuable rebounder and interior defensive presence, proving impactful for 16-9 Legend. Their 8 PM matchup versus Arapahoe will be very interesting, given these groups’ frontcourts. Her continued growth as a scoring threat outside of the paint will be worth tracking.
Savannah Pohl Savannah Pohl 6'0" | SF Longmont | 2024 State CO – Longmont – 2024
Pohl has shown immediate value on the defensive end, protecting the paint and anchoring the glass however possible. Her growing volume on spot-ups will be intriguing, given her soft touch around the hoop.
