First of all, it's great to be back, and thank you for all of the kind words online and via text. But, as usual, this isn't about me. Coaches, if you want to have me out to practice, hit me up. I can't always travel super far (from Tulsa), but I'm sure we can come up with something. I love watching video if we have to do that. We'll find a way to get the word out about your players. I promise!

All of that being said, I spent Wednesday night at a very high-energy Oklahoma Swift practice with Director/Head Coach Amber Mathurin. The 17U team is loaded with D1 talent/commits and the 16U team isn't far behind. The fact that the two regularly practice against each other is huge for all of the ladies involved. Iron sharpens iron, as they say. Here are some of the players who stood out to me and thanks again to Oklahoma Swift for having me out!

She is poised and confident and her game is built for the next level. A gym rat who relishes the work, Seleh is incredibly hardworking on both ends of the court. Seeing her out there with this Swift squad was a joy. Harmon is in her element when playing with other D-I athletes. She has myriad ways to score. She can fill it up from long range, stop and pop, or finish (with either hand) inside.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["249266"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":["override_image"],"_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_player_featured_image":688221,"_player_evaluations_1_player_featured_image":"field_62f141137ead9","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"From the first time I saw Kori on the court for Tahlequah, I knew that she could play D-I if she wanted to. Now that I've seen her at what basically amounts to a D-I level practice, I have no doubt. The first thing that stands out when watching Rainwater play is her defense. Not content to just get stops, she wants to take the ball and turn it into offense for her team. She turns blocks into takeaways and looks up court immediately. She is a big who can handle it and has vision, so defense to offense for her team is a beautiful thing. Did I mention she is a big who can shoot it? Oh yeah, there's that to. Whichever school she chooses, D-I or not, is going to get an absolutely dominant athlete!","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["630453"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":["override_image"],"_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_player_featured_image":688966,"_player_evaluations_2_player_featured_image":"field_62f141137ead9","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"The fact that Nazhoni is one of the unsigned from this 17U team is an absolute shame. She is an incredible Point Guard who sees the floor better than a lot of college athletes do... and I don't just mean on offense. She plays the passing lanes and comes up with a plethora of turnovers for her team. She can shoot it and showed the ability to drive to the basket occasionally, but her real value is from the pure Point Guard area. She is smart, makes good decisions, and takes care of the ball.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["578026"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":["override_image"],"_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_player_featured_image":688968,"_player_evaluations_3_player_featured_image":"field_62f141137ead9","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"Johari was very fun to watch for the Swift 16U squad. She has great size and even greater strength to go along with it. She won't be pushed around in the post (or anywhere else, for that matter). Despite being incredibly strong and tall, she moves very well and does a great job of flashing out on screens and rolling to the basket quickly. She seems to relish the screening role and has the hands to pick up a lot of baskets off the roll. Hall works hard on both ends rebounding the ball.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["331833"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":["override_image"],"_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_player_featured_image":688222,"_player_evaluations_4_player_featured_image":"field_62f141137ead9","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"Peyton was one of the hardest workers out there on Wednesday night and she has been anytime that I've seen her play or practice. She has a nice shot with a high release. She is bouncy and athletic and isn't relegated to just being a spot up shooter. She can handle the ball and showed some pretty nifty moves down low. All of that being said, do not leave her open from deep... she can make it rain!","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_5_player":["315198"],"_player_evaluations_5_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_5_override_profile_image":["override_image"],"_player_evaluations_5_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_5_player_featured_image":441284,"_player_evaluations_5_player_featured_image":"field_62f141137ead9","player_evaluations_5_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_5_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_5_evaluation":"Hall is a player who just finds a way to put the ball in the basket. She is going to get double-digits and there isn't much you can do about it. Take one thing away from her and she's just going back in her bag and grabbing another tool. She has plenty of them. Inside, outside, midrange, she can score it from anywhere. Add in the fact that she is the personality and heart of almost any team that she's on and you have one amazing college recruit!","_player_evaluations_5_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":6,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-649db32bf231d"} /-->
