Tomorrow we will release the Summer rankings update for the Class of 2026. The total number of prospects listed (100 players) did not grow, however we went from a Top-35 with a 65-player watchlist to a Top-50 with a 50-player watchlist. At this time, I wanted to highlight all of the point guards in the Class of 2026 we have listed at this time, as well as highlight a handful of ladies who stood out throughout the Spring.

SPRING STOCK-RISERS:
“K.K.” has been on an upward trajectory for some time now, but this Spring her stock rose significantly, as she picked up a number of scholarship opportunities. She continues to grow and gain strength, helping her already smooth and steady game be that much more consistent. She glides around the floor effortlessly, but she can hit another gear when necessary, and she produces at both ends of the floor, whether it’s as a distributor, a shooter/scorer, or as a top-level defender.
Kenedi is a hidden gem in Northwest Indiana, plus playing for an Illinois grassroots team, not nearly as many people statewide get the chance to see her in action. She is very athletic, somewhat bouncy even, and she has very good speed and quickness. She is a real playmaker in transition, as she can get by most defenders and score it around the basket. Her perimeter shot is improving and will only make her more dangerous, plus she’s an effortful and capable defender.
I was finally able to see Carly in-person for the first time this Spring, and she is very intriguing. She is a tough-nosed guard, she will play with some physicality, but she also handles situational basketball fairly well. She can take care of the ball, get it where it needs to go, and she can score it a little at all three levels as well. Defensively, she could stand to be a little quicker laterally, but she plays with good emotion and energy, and she brings her teammates up a level with her play.
I have been following Mary for a couple of seasons now, and I was impressed with how much her game has matured since last Fall. She plays with a lot better poise and pace, and she understands how to change speeds better. In the past, I felt like she was more of a combo guard, but this Spring she seems to be in full control of her team and doesn’t let much rattle her. She shoots a solid ball, plus she has decent size and strength for the position. She’s just a solid ballplayer.
Highlights
Alexis just joined our 2026 list, and for good reason. She plays with a phenomenal energy, she will run through walls for her team, plus she is an energy-giver who motivates her teammates to play harder as well. She is very strong for her age, she has a solid handle, and she can get downhill North/South, attack the basket, and finish inside. She also shows some touch outside and a solid understanding of the game. She’s the type of kid small college coaches fall in love with.
