After watching Brooklyn Gibson compete at the Victory Region Finals, I'm convinced that she is indeed one of the top 2026 prospects in the Bluegrass state. Her stock has been rising all AAU season playing for [program_tooltip program_id='715779' first='Southern' last='Indiana Gold']. She will be moving way up on our 2026 rankings list on the next update. I watched SIG win a close one against REAL 2026, Gibson led the way with 19 points and 8 rebounds. She was in attack mode early in this game making a relentless effort to get to the rim where she either scored through contact or got sent to the free throw line. She crashed the boards hard coming up offensive rebounds that resulted into put-back points. Gibson also had 30 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 steals against [program_tooltip program_id='712517' first='Full' last='Package'] Black and a monster game against Dana Evans Elite scoring 35 points going 13-16 from the field. She grabbed 6 rebounds and blocked 3 shots.

[player_tooltip player_id='481402' first='Maci' last='Eckerty'] is another player for SIG that stood out to me on Sunday. I really like the way she played in the morning game against REAL 2026. She played with a ton of energy on both ends of the floor providing that spark that her team needed to get the win. Eckerty played excellent on-ball defense applying constant pressure on ball handlers making it hard for them to get by her. She showed off her three point shooting ability as well hitting some big 3's when SIG needed them the most. Eckerty finished the game with 8 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assist.

Anya Chojnowski impacted the game in many ways for [program_tooltip program_id='712517' first='Full' last='Package'] Black in a back and forth battle against Rice Academy. She came through for her team on offense with her ability to stretch the floor knocking down shots from three point land. She also moved well without out the ball cutting to the basket getting points inside. With her size, length, and skill level Chojnowski will definitely play at the next level if she continues to perform at such a high level.

Makayla Taylor was one of the top three point shooters I saw throughout the 15U division. After a slow start she found her groove in the second half against SIG. She came through in the clutch hitting back to back 3's with little time left to bring her team within four points showing she has "ice in her veins". Taylor is a legit "sniper" from long range that will make you pay for giving her an open look.

[player_tooltip player_id='515506' first='Clare' last='O'Brien'] has tremendous size, length, and incredibly long arms. I liked her game against [program_tooltip program_id='715993' first='NWI' last='Select'], she displayed great instincts on defense and she uses her length well to alter and block shots, which made the opposing team think twice about bringing the ball inside. O'Brien also came up with several offensive rebounds keeping the ball high, going right back up to score.
