This player is [player_tooltip player_id='510277' first='Izzy' last='Eisbach']. Eisbach is a 5'10 point guard, that has a superior skill-set on the floor compared to those around. She moves freely all over the court, with the ability to play with the ball in her hands or at the off-guard position if someone else is bringing it up. Defensively, she understands to shade her opponents to their weak hand, while usually doing a good job of picking her spots as to when to go for a steal compared to when she should sit back and wait. When you watch basketball for a living you can tell when a player u0022has itu0022. You understand how they move differently, how they see the floor differently, how they speak to the others around them differently, stuff like that. Eisbach displays that. This AAU season was a good one for her and her [program_tooltip program_id='713918' first='Waukee' last='Jam'] team. They will look to build on that going into next year after this high school season concludes!","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["582806"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='582806' first='Trishelle' last='Miller'] really stood out as a freshman last year at Sioux City East high school. This AAU season was no different with her ALL Iowa Attack EYBL team. Miller is a player that can move around to all the guard positions currently. She has nice size at 5'10, strength to pair with that size, an act for finding the ball off of a missed shot, and the ability to scoring it with the best of them or distribute if a teammate gets open around her. Miller already had a few offers before this AAU season took off but since, that number has risen. I'm expecting a well-rounded high school season for Miller and her Sioux City East Team. The combination of Miller and their other top players, with a season of high school experience under their belt, makes this group dangerous moving forward.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["311380"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"A player that has been a rising star these past few years on the high school scene in Iowa is [player_tooltip player_id='311380' first='Sydney' last='Huber']. Huber is a lengthy and skilled combo guard/small forward currently. She has really nice size and length on the floor, but also possesses the ability to shoot it at a high and efficient rate. As a shooter, her form is balanced and coordinated on every catch, while she understands to move to the open spots on the perimeter, when the defense is playing off her too much. Huber this winter is going to be at Mt. Vernon high school and that's going to really boost her stock. It may sound crazy but this is going to be a situation where I think Huber can shine and show how good she is. She can display that she can lead a team and be the dominate leader that college coaches are looking for out there. As for this spring/summer AAU season, Huber was fantastic. A player that produced each game, helped lead her team to a very successful season overall, and was a really good teammate to those around her when things became difficult. Three main things that recruiters love to see.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["592191"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='592191' first='Paytn' last='Harter'] proved to me this AAU season that she has the potential to be one of the best forwards throughout the state of Iowa this winter. Harter is a smart and crafty forward around the rim. She works hard to get to her spots near the hoop on a consistent basis and when she does catch down there, she usually makes a solid move to score around the rim. Defensively, she is very good at understanding how to keep it simple. She lets the offensive player bring her the ball, while knowing to shadow their hand once they go up with it for a shot attempt, making it quite difficult to get an actual shot off against her. After this happens, Harter does a good job of finding her opponent, boxing them out, and bringing in a rebound. This winter for high school ball it could be a huge year for Harter. If she works hard on her off-hand and puts her head down when things get tough, she is going to come out on the other side as a college basketball player in some facet. No doubt about it. I was originally unsure how this would go after seeing the Vice sisters compete last high school season together but this spring/summer for Quinn was noteworthy. Quinn is tall, athletic, and smart. She understands to stay down on the defensive side of things, being a compete game changer for whatever team she is playing for at that moment. When opponents get into the lane, they have to worry about Vice at all times or it will turn into a block party. Offensively she is just as good. She has learned to keep the ball high and dominate the smaller competition that tries to step up to her in the post. I'm not sure what college sport Quinn is going to play, as she is also a promising talent on the volleyball court but if she sticks with basketball, the sky is the limit. She has all the intangibles to be very good at the next level and she displayed that on several occasions this spring/summer.
