There was a lot to like about Gibson’s game on Saturday. She was dynamic with the ball in her hands and she showed that she could use multiple dribble combos when attacking off the bounce. Gibson finished on both sides of the rim at the Top 250 and showed great body control when doing so.
Holman did a great job putting her skills on display at the Top 250. She was a terrific athlete that could play at a high speed. That was shown when she grabbed a board and went coast to coast for an easy bucket. Holman was a solid 2 way player that made athletic plays on both ends. She was a willing and effective passer as well.
Dottery made a huge impression very early in Grand Rapids. I showed up an hour before registration and sat in the parking lot to see who would be the first player to pull in. Dottery was there first and that’s the type of commitment that coaches are looking for at the next level. She was a very good player as well! Dottery was a plus athlete that was dangerous filling in the wing and spreading the floor in transition.

Saunders was very impressive in Grand Rapids on Saturday. She looked like one of those players that’s just always around. She had a nose for the ball and looked for opportunities to make plays. Saunders showed a toughness with her activity around the rim and ability to score in traffic and through contact.

Lambka showed once again that she has a lot to offer a program as a player and prospect. She’s an athletic wing that uses her length well. Lambka played passing lanes and saw the ball well on defense. She forced more than a handful of turnovers at the event. Lambka did a nice job attacking the glass high for boards.

Schafer made a big impression at the PGH Michigan Top 250. I really liked the way the she comfidently shot over the top of most of her defenders. She did a nice job of looking up the floor for chances to advnce the ball with the pass. Schafer ran the floor hard and got out in transition.
Wozniak definitely turned some heads over the weekend. She was an athletic scorer that also did a lot of “the little things” well. Wozniak was constantly communicating with her teammates and was always the first, or one of the first, players to get back on defense. I really liked her upside as a player and prospect.
Dimitrijevich had herself a great day at the Top 250. She showed that she can be a force defensively and on the glass. Dimitrijevich had good defensive vision and very active hands. She stood her ground and kept her space on D. Dimitrijevich pursued boards with a passion, hitting the floor to corral the ball. Offensively, she showed a nice post move and finish over her left shoulder.

Craig definitely made a statement about her game on Saturday. She showed quick feet and a fast first step when the ball is in her hands. Craig has the look of a more than dependable primary ball handler. She showed the ability to hit some big jumpers as well.
