The league looks a bit different this year, and I think Waynesville and Bellbrook will be the favorites in their respective divisions. Waynesville has the most firepower returning with some high-octane offensive players while Bellbrook did lose some good talent, but returns enough to be the favorite in the Southwestern Division.

Her stock has really gone up the last year, including a huge jump in our August rankings. The junior can play multiple positions and is effective on both ends of the court. Good hands and active feet, she can knock down the midrange, or score at the rim. As her game continues to improve, watch for her stock to keep rising.

She is the other half of the great 1-2 punch at Waynesville. Her handles are so slick and is able to run the offense and control the tempo of the game. Great passer with good court vision. Like Avery, her stock is really high as she continues to strive to be at the top of her game. Good on-ball defender and her active hands allows her team to capitalize on her defensive pressure.

Let me tell you about this young lady. She was the Player of the Year in her division of the SWBL last year and there is nothing she can’t do on the court. Solid rebounder for her position and distributes the ball well with crisp passing and a good floor presence. Defensively she will get after it, and her percentages are at an elite level, 59% from the field, 71% from the line and an impressive 43% from the three.
Rylie is the epitome of a true point guard, as she has all the tools to be a leader on the court. The multiport athlete will be playing her college ball at Edison State and is a spark plug on the court with a strong desire to succeed. Plays with passion and a high motor, she is a true floor general. (featured photo above)
Talk about stepping her game up and taking on more of a leadership role, Ashley will have to do that for the Jills this season. With the graduation of Emma Neff to Wittenberg, Ashley will be a scorer who will be counted on in more ways that just putting the ball in the net. She has handles and is quick and aggressive on defense. Moves well and creates plays.
