Lord Botetourt HS

With five seniors on the team the Lady Cavs have a veteran solid nucleus that can compete at a high-level. 6'3 [player_tooltip player_id='403618' first='Gracie' last='Huffard'] will anchor the front line from the offense and defense of end! Very good point guard [player_tooltip player_id='676935' first='Ainsley' last='Anderson'] who can light it up from three-point range and I won't be surprised if she's the team leading scorer. Look out for [player_tooltip player_id='513790' first='Madilyn' last='Winterton'] to make a push for a 1st team all state team spot this season. This team will also rely heavily on [player_tooltip player_id='389124' first='Maddie' last='Caron'], who is a player that's capable of posting consistent double doubles and will give this team more help in the front court!

Briar Woods HS

Now a veteran laced team with multiple returning starters in the lineup. This may be the season that Briar Woods can get on a roll and ride the wave on a state championship run! They will have to lean heavily on breakout player [player_tooltip player_id='666673' first='Noelle' last='Cabiness'] (Le Moyne commit) whose development has taken off in the last 18 months that has produced a division one offer and commitment this summer! [player_tooltip player_id='238886' first='Hope' last='Drake'] the 5'11 do it all stat stuffer will be hard to guard this season. With her versatility in skill set, she may still be the go to player on this team in clutch situations. [player_tooltip player_id='260955' first='Tia' last='Chen'] will have run the team and be the third scorer throughout the season. This high IQ player is capable of hitting some big-time shots when the time is needed this season!

Osborne HS

One of the most consistent programs in the Northern Virginia area Osborne high school year in and year out always produces a highly competitive team. Three year starter [player_tooltip player_id='307651' first='Alexandria' last='Brown'] with multiple division one offers will have to take over the leadership role as the go to person on this team! [player_tooltip player_id='376331' first='Jayel' last='West'] played most of the season last year with a nagging ankle injury, but looks to come back strong! Coming off a good AAU season [player_tooltip player_id='448324' first='Samia' last='Snead'] will have to carry some of the scoring load from the point guard position. [player_tooltip player_id='743970' first='Irieanna' last='Smoot'] is a highly athletic guard that can get to the basket and be a lockdown defender on defense. [player_tooltip player_id='749391' first='Payton' last='Walters'] is a part of that very deep 2027 Virginia freshman class! I won't be surprised if she finds a way to crack that starting lineup!

[player_tooltip player_id='254967' first='Cyriah' last='Griffin'] (VCU Commit) takes her senior campaign to Menchville looking to end her high school career with another state championship ring! She also will be joined by super freshman [player_tooltip player_id='443354' first='Keira' last='Kilkenny'] who has great size at 5'11 as a perimeter scorer from the combo guard position. Ayame Colson is an efficient player that could get to the basket for easy layups, and create off the dribble for her teammates. Keira Bagwell is another returning player that posted multiple double digit games last season!
