2024 Rankings: Impactful Forwards in the Top 100

In this article, we look at some of the top Forwards in the top 100 of the rankings. These are some of the top forwards in the State who are important to their teams and each has a major impact on the success of their items.   [player_tooltip player_id='248267' first='Aariana' last='Rose Gravel'] is one of the most impactful Forwards in the State of Florida and she is having a monster season averaging 21.6 points per game and over 15.1 rebounds per game. Gravel is so impressive and her athleticism just jumps off of the page. Everything she does on the court looks effortless. Rose has great hands, great footwork, and a great ability to put points on the board. Defensively, she is equally impactful and blocks shots with ease. She is in double digits in blocks for the season and averages over 1.3 blocks per game. I recently saw Gravel over in Jacksonville in a classic matchup against [player_tooltip player_id='331713' first='Nia' last='Blocton'] of Ridgeview. Each player held her own.     [player_tooltip player_id='349326' first='Nykeria' last='Thomas'] has been impactful as usual and is one of the best-unsigned forwards in the 2024 class. Thomas has been impactful this season as she leads her team in scoring, steals, and assists. Thomas is a selfless player who is averaging nearly 13 points, 3.7 steals, and 3.5 assists per game. Thomas recently passed the 1000th point milestone. She is as impactful as any player in the top 100.   [player_tooltip player_id='397732' first='Zahariah' last='Jones'] is as impactful as any forward in the 2024 rankings. Through the first 7 games of the season, Jones was averaging 19 points per game and 7.6 rebounds. Jones is athletic, fast, ferocious, and any other superlative that describes a special basketball player. She can dominate in the paint, and she has the versatility to shoot from the outside as well. Jones has 11 threes this season. I saw Jones in Tampa, Kentucky, and Orlando last season and she was consistent in all of those tournaments. Jones is closing in on 1000 points for her career.   [player_tooltip player_id='426394' first='Lauren' last='Bell'] is averaging 17.8 points through 8 games. Bell has scored 22 points in 5 of her 8 games played this season. Bell has good footwork and can score inside and also in the short midrange area. Bell is a good rebounder and does well on the offensive glass giving her team extra possessions. She is impactful and a leader on her team.   [player_tooltip player_id='786167' first='Rhael' last='Sayers'] is an impact player in Broward County and was named as one of the Fab 5 players in the county in the preseason. Sayers is fabulous on and off the court. Last year she scored 31 in the high school playoffs and has always had the ability to get to the cup and score on either side, left and right. Sayers is also an excellent defensive player who can turn steals into points. She is smart, athletic, and an impactful player.   [player_tooltip player_id='349278' first='Aniyah' last='Fisher'] is an impactful forward in the 2024 class. Fisher is versatile and can doing it all on the offensive end: get to the rim, shoot the three, and score in transition. She can also run the point guard position and play three to four positions on the offensive end. Defensively, she is like a safety in the passing lanes. Fisher is impactful and is looking to lead her team back to Lakeland.
