The start of the season is always a hectic time. New players are emerging, teams are figuring out how their "pieces" fit together from a team aspect, and there is just a lot of things that need to be accounted for but something that is un-deniable is the production of players. In the article below we are going to cover some athletes that have put up and averaged double-doubles this winter throughout their first few games of the season. In these efforts, most of the players perspective teams have been victorious at the end of their games because of these performances.

The usual leaders for this team have shown up this winter throughout their first two games and I'm expecting that to continue on. A player that has played consistently on both sides of the floor is [player_tooltip player_id='817576' first='Abby' last='Lee']. Lee is a 6FT Junior, that has controlled the paint and the boards in general you could say. Throughout their first two contests, the Crusaders are 2-0 while Lee averages 11.5 PPG and 16.5 RPG. Some impressive numbers for competing within a competitive program. If this production keeps up throughout this season, it's hard to see this team not making it all the way to the 3A State Championship during the Playoffs. They will have a u0022three-headed monsteru0022 in the form of Lee, [player_tooltip player_id='777232' first='Melina' last='Snoozy'], and [player_tooltip player_id='246111' first='Brooklyn' last='Stanley'] as the face of their attack and that's not going to be easy to slow down for anyone. Coming into the season, Kremer was a top rebounder throughout the entire state and she has picked up right where she left off. Throughout her teams first 4 games this season, Kremer has averaged a MONSTER double-double with 20 PPG and 15 RPG. I don't expect this type of production to last all year long but if it does, we are talking about one of the more impressive years that has been put on record in the recent past. To describe Kremer's play-style is quite simple. She does her work early on each possession and out-competes her opponent a majority of the time. When you pair this with size and the skill to know where a rebound is going to come off of the rim, you get a productive basketball player and that's what Kremer is. I'm excited to see where Marquette Catholic can take this once the Playoff's hit. If they are rolling, they are going to be a team that no one wants to see during the Post season.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["582833"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"The Saydel Eagles didn't have the season they would have imainged during their 2022-2023 campaign but they have started off this winter on the right note, going 2-2 in their first 4 games. In this four game stretch, their Post [player_tooltip player_id='788579' first='Paige' last='Rummans'] has answered the call and put up some big numbers. Currently she is averaging 15.3 PPG and 17.8 RPG, including almost 12 RPG on the defensive side alone. I won't have the chance to see the Eagles compete live this regular season but I am hoping to be there in person for a Playoff game of their's. Depending on how they are seeded, they could make some noise against some good programs before things are all said and done. To begin this winter, the Indians took a loss but they have bounced back in a major way by winning their last two. In this three game span, a player that has stood out for her production is [player_tooltip player_id='817578' first='Jenna' last='Vonnahme']. Vonnahme is currently putting up 15.7 PPG on 62% shooting from the field, while she is also bringing in 16 RPG. These numbers are awesome but the hardest part of their schedule is yet to come. If this team can keep on winning, while Vonnahme continues this success.
