Alyssa Graves is a three level scorer who can do so on fast breaks or set offensive plays. She sets herself up around the perimeter to knock down her shot from deep, or she can attack the basket scoring through contact when needed. She does the “little things” as well getting inside for rebounds on both ends.
Highlights
Misa Garris always seems to be thinking a few steps ahead. She anticipates what her opponents are going to do and can grab the steal to take the other direction scoring off of the turnover. On offense, she is shifty with the ball knowing how to use change of direction moves to create her own space and get to the basket. She crashes the boards on both ends.
Khloe Moye can certainly make plays for herself and her teammates easily. She has a quick release with her shot, especially around the perimeter. Her ability to show off her handles allows her to create plays off the dribble, too, like attacking the paint and pulling up for her floaters. She doesn’t back down from having to score three points the old fashioned way either.
Highlights
Jazmeen Stone has been doing a little bit of everything for Mallard Creek this season. She can attack the basket aggressively getting around her defenders to score off the glass. She creates space off the dribble and pulls up for jumpers, or she does a nice job flashing across the court shifting defenders to create the open look. She’ll get inside on both ends to grab rebounds, and she knows exactly how to push these up the court.
Kate Schindler has some good length already that she uses well on both ends of the court. She can shoot over her opponents getting to the basket or getting the shot up and over her defenders closing out on her around the perimeter. On defense, she deflects passes grabbing steals that she can convert to some points. She can show off some nice post moves inside, too, using some power dribbles.
