Class of 2027 Rankings Top Shooting Guards/Wings

We continue our positional breakdowns with a look at the top shooting guards/wings.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='631765' first='Ava' last='Pratt'] (St. Michael the Archangel): The 6'0" wing is one of the most versatile players in the class. She is equally effective as a slasher and ball handler who can also score inside with her height. She can also facilitate offense. She is currently averaging 16 points, five rebounds and nearly two steals a game.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='777615' first='Grace' last='Means'] (Troy): A talented 5'10" guard who has an excellent overall skill set to go along with a nice flair to her game. She also enjoys the big moments where she will come through with big buckets for her team. She is averaging 13 points, five rebounds and two steals a game for the 21-3 Trojans.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='803082' first='Lexi' last='Ament'] (Crocker): A 5'8 guard who has emerged as an excellent two-way player. The young lefty has a nice shooting stroke from 3-point range. She can also get into the lane with a nice change of pace dribble. She also plays defense with good instincts which put her in the right position.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='777608' first='Bristol' last='Lathrop'] (Ash Grove): A 5'11" wing who can excel just about anywhere on the court with her height and versatility. She handles the ball and can facilitate offense as a playmaker. She is also a potent scoring threat with her ability to get a bucket at all three levels.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='848986' first='Brooklyn' last='Brandon'] ([program_tooltip program_id='715781' first='Link' last='Academy']): A 5'9 guard who plays a solid all around game. She is strong and she attacks the basket well. She is a very good finisher with either hand on her strong drives.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='777634' first='Sway' last='Jones'] (Battle): A 5'9" shooting guard who is one of the top young players in the Mid Mo area. She is an a very capable 3-point shooter who can also create offense off the dribble with her ball handling ability.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='849017' first='Carsyn' last='Hagood'] (Doniphan): A 5'9" guard who is one of the top young players in the SEMO region. She has been a consistent player for the Donettes, who are 21-0 and ranked No. 1 in Class 4. She drives well and she excels in the open court.
