3A is most likely going to turn out the be the most competitive bracket of the four this year. There are several enticing match ups that we should get to see in the next few days. Here are some of the players that will impact the outcomes the most.

[player_tooltip player_id='666439' first='Sierra' last='Georges'], Poly, 2024, Forward

Sierra is a versatile forward that provides physical inside play as well as ball handling and good passing. She has a knack for making quick decisions and accurate passes to her cutting teammates. She provides muscle on the boards and has a nice touch around the basket. She has some D2 offers in the bag and should pick up more with a good performance.

Juliet Ventura, Damascus, 2025, Point Guard

Juliet is a high motor point guard that controls the tempo of the game and keeps her team organized. She's a pass first player but has some shot making in her bag. She has a quick release on her jumper and some crafty moves to score against bigger players. If Damascus makes a run, she'll be right in the middle of it.

[player_tooltip player_id='979332' first='Tatyana' last='Fields'], Milford Mill, 2025 Point Guard

Tatyana is a big shot taker and a big shot maker. She sank a last-second buzzer beater last month against Loch Raven and is not afraid to fire up a high volume of threes in a game. Her floor game has improved every year at Milford, and she has turned into a solid facilitator. She'll have to be at the top of her game to help the Millers pull off the upset over Dulaney.

[player_tooltip player_id='565856' first='Dylan' last='Watson'], River Hill, 2025, Wing

Dylan is one of the top five defenders in the area. Her on ball defense is stifling. She uses speed, length and instincts to take the other team's best player out of the game. Her defense leads to buckets, and she is often out on the break finishing herself if her teammates don't get to it before her. She is a dangerous slasher that finishes with both hands and when she adds range to her shot her D1 offers could turn into Power 5's.

[player_tooltip player_id='620771' first='Chloe' last='Grenway'], Oakland Mills, 2025, Shooting Guard

Chloe is a deadly three-point shooter and doesn't need a lot of room to get her shots off. She's a good ball handler and passer so she can run the point if necessary. She's a competitor so she locks up on defense and will mix it up on the glass. If she gets hot, she can help the Scorpions make a run.
