College coaches led high school prospects through a series of skill stations followed by 5v5 scrimmaging. Albion (D3), U of M Dearborn (NAIA), Heidelberg (D3), Siena Heights (NAIA), and Cedarville (D2) coaches led the event. Here are the prospects from the afternoon session who made a strong impression.
Isabella Nooe Isabella Nooe 5’4″ | PG South Lyon | 2025 State MI was one of the most impressive guards on the court today at the Siena Heights prospect camp. She relentlessly chases the ball for rebounds and creates steals with her ball pressure. Izzy was extremely vocal, which energized her teammates. She made a no-look assist on a drive and quick play, while finishing strong at the rim many times inside. Izzy is a bulldog guard who has the tenacity and athleticism to play at the next level.

Jennaya Decker
Jennaya Decker
Jennaya Decker excelled at the Siena Heights prospect camp today. She is built like a tank and drove with authority to the basket, finishing multiple contested shots with control in traffic. Jennaya has a motor and used a speedy burst to beat defenders off the dribble and attack in transition. She used an impressive eurostep scoop at full speed to finish off the glass and showed her range knocking down a wing 3. Jennaya is an outstanding softball and basketball prospect from Three Rivers that I was excited to see play for the first time today.
Karlie Kimerer Karlie Kimerer 5’5″ | PG Onsted | 2026 State MI put on a show at the Siena Heights prospect camp today. She caught my attention with her sharpshooting outside, ball handling control, and athleticism. Karlie used the crossover effectively to hit a smooth step back 3 and again to burst downhill through the defense. She has the shifty quickness, control, and 3 point shooting precision to be an excellent next level guard.

Magnolia Cumming Magnolia Cumming 5’4″ | PG Grand Rapids Christian | 2026 State MI had the green light shooting today at the Siena Heights prospect camp. She knocked down many 3’s and jumpers off the dribble. Magnolia has balance and range to find the bottom of the net any time she catches the ball with space.

Kara Straub Kara Straub 6’0″ | SF Grass Lake | 2026 State MI has been an impressive forward prospect all year and looked the part once again today at the Siena Heights prospect camp. She finished countless put backs inside off of passes and offensive rebounds. Kara defends well in help or on the ball in the low post, controlling her body to contest shots without fouling. She has an efficient mid-range jumper and presents herself for entry passes when sealing or cutting through the paint. Kara is a forward all coaches should be watching for this travel season.
Navaeh Vasquez Navaeh Vasquez PG East Lansing | 2025 State MI is a gritty guard from East Lansing who performed well at the Siena Heights prospect camp today. She used her quickness and crossovers to beat defenders downhill for layups. Naveah knocked down a smooth wing 3 in transition and played with a relentless effort saving a loose ball going out of bounds. Her defining moment was when she chased down a post player driving on a breakaway and leaped fearlessly to attempt a block ending with both girls on the floor. Every coach enjoys competitors who play with that kind of passion and determination.
Emily Cates Emily Cates 5’4″ | CG Potterville | 2025 State MI is a guard from Potterville who showcased a variety of skills at the Siena Heights prospect camp today. She used crossovers to knife through defenders and finished layups at the rim with both hands. Emily spreads the wealth on the court finding open teammates for scoring opportunities and contributed for her team on the boards. She forced difficult shots with her defense and used her quickness to create steals. Emily is a guard to watch this spring with Mid-Michigan Excel.

Ellie Wrona Ellie Wrona 5’6″ | PG Spring Lake | 2025 State MI has the combination of athleticism and fundamental skills to be a great prospect at the college level: she showed those qualities today at the Siena Heights prospect camp. Ellie caught a pass and finished full speed at the rim in transition, while knocking down multiple 3’s with textbook shooting form. Ellie impressed me with her polite, friendly, and confident charisma during brief conversation. Her ball handling control, vision, and scoring ability from all three levels make her a must see prospect this travel season with MBA.
